This car was a little beat up, but it was perfect for a group of friends on a camping trip and ran great. The price was right, the renter process was easy and convenient, and Oates & Perfetti LLC were very communicative. Great experience!
I was a bit skeptical as this was my first time using Turo and Oates & Perfetti, LLC made me a believer. The car was reasonably priced and well maintained on the inside. The outside was dirty but it is winter and I didn't mind washing the car. A service reminder did appear on the dashboard which was a little alarming but it ran fine. I will definitely use this service again and I will look to book O&P before any other.

Everything went smoothly, communication was easy and great flexibility. Would recommend.
Very easy to get the car - the car was AMAZING in the snow. I mean wow. It was great. I even forgot to extend my trip until after the trip was over - and they were able to accommodate me. Good car, great owners.
NEVER GET A CAR FROM OATS AND PERFETTI, LLC.!!!! The car was OLD, CLUNKY, and made a horrible THUMPING noise the whole time while driving it (FELT UNSAFE). There was a rip in the seat, NO usb connection to charge your phone. These people don't even have the iPass for the tolls so I had to look up all my tolls after and pay them online. HUGE HASSLE! EXTREMELY UNKEPT CAR. WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. TOTALLY INCONVENIENT!
Overall, the entire experience was great. Michael is very communicative and coordinates wonderfully to make pick up and drop off seamless.
Highly recommend renting a car from Oates & Perfetti, LLC. I'll definitely look to rent from them again for future car needs.
I rented the Ford Escape which was exactly what I needed to transport bikes to get out to Lake Forest.
The only thing I noticed was that the Ford Escape made a rocking noise; however, that's most likely because of the milage on the car and probably a sign it's getting close for the 70,000+ maintenance service. It didn't bother me at all because I knew what it was since I've had a Ford Escape for the last 12 years.
