Peng's car gets you from A to B, well air conditioned, but don't expect much else. The car is fairly old (135k miles) and with the age and usage, there are some issues to expect. Driver's door sometimes doesn't unlock with the remote, the trunk door doesn't stay open (almost slammed on my head), worn tires, strange noises when driving, and not the cleanest interior. I also wouldn't call the car's gas range "excellent" by any means given that it's an SUV. Driving throughout Oahu, I'd say we covered 200 miles before needing a refuel.
Pickup at the airport also didn't include the actual car, but Peng provided an Uber to the location which was a hassle considering I paid $30 for the delivery fee and was only told once my flight landed. Dropoff was also at this location but based on Turo, should've been at the airport.
Overall, the car did its job and Peng was very sincere and helpful, but don't expect too much from the car itself.
My gf and I used Peng's car to go to the beach on north shore. Since we don't have cars, and companies rent for no less that 120$ this time of year, we used Turo instead. Peng's price to rent a car was much more fare and was much less hassle. Peng was very accommodating. The car was an easy pick up and drop off and was always standing by to take calls to answer questions and concerns we had. I highly recommend renting from Peng. Definitely a good bit of business!
