Okay so I wasn't going to leave a bad review until I logged on to see that someone is petty!! Strike 1 when I first got there he was late picking us up Strike 2 he picked us up & he's not even in the car I booked. We get in the car he tells me that we have to go get the car from somewhere else. Anybody that's been to ATL know how the traffic is REDICULOUS Strike 3 he keeps asking where we were staying when I told him he was like oh I'm going to just drop y'all off at the hotel & ill just come back I'm like well no we want the car now he's like oh well I didn't know if you were coming or not so I didn't clean the car so I was going to try and clean it before y'all get it Strike 4 we follow him to the car wash at which we waited 20 min in line JUST for him NOT to have his wallet so he comes back to the other car looking through the car like he was looking for something then he says "man f***" I don't have my wallet I guess I'll have my wife cash app you $25 if you guys want to go to the car wash while you here it doesn't matter.... end of our trip we left him $25 because the tank was almost on half & we didn't have time before our plane left to get gas so he text me a picture of the receipt saying he paid extra $5.22 for the gas LOL PAUSE ALLLLLLL OF THE CONVIENCE YOU CAUSED US & you really tripping about $5 cool soooo I responded well do you want me to cash app you the $5.22 NO RESPONSE then I get on here & I see he reported that he wanted to be reimbursed $5.22 like I didn't ask him did he want me to send it to him... Anyway where's the common courtesy??? Just bad business if you ask me! You want $5 reimbursed I WANT my hour & a half that you wasted back!!!!
This is the second time I have rented from Linwood and, just like before, it was a breeze and exactly as I needed. He's a great Turo host and his Suburban is in great condition and a pleasure to drive.
