Awful rental. First off, this is a false listing. The vehicle pictured shows a silver Porsche with clean gray interior, the vehicle I received had worn black interior. The radio display screen would flash erratically and the check engine light was on and the engine ran rough, especially while idle. On top of that, the vehicle smelled like marijuana, which was an issue not only for me but because I had children in the car as well. When I called the owner back they said they had multiple vehicles and could simply swap me into another vehicle. This was something I was willing to do, except for when I called again to schedule the swap, they would not answer my calls. When I then tried to cancel the trip to return the vehicle, they denied my request, essentially forcing me to loose $550. Highly unsatisfied with this experience. Truly recommend not to rent from her. If you do, don't say you weren't warned. It's a great concept Turo has allowing people to rent out their personal vehicles, but unfortunately you may run into fraudulent people like this along the way. And don't exepect Turo to help you out either, awful customer service.
This is the first and last time I'm using this app because of this lady. Thank god I took pictures of the car when I picked it up because when I dropped it back off she didn't meet with me she sent another guy who tried to charge me for a dent in the car that was already there thankfully I had the proof because he was ready to make me pay. These people will try to get every last penny they can from you. They also inaccurately charged me for the extra mileage on the vehicle. However that is not even the worst part! They also charged me $100 for bringing the car an hour and a half late which they won't tell you about before you rent the car. If I were you I would avoid booking with these people.
