This is how the delivery to MIA airport works: we pick you up at the airport and take you to my place 7 minutes away from the airport to take pictures of the car and check your ID. When you return my car you come to my place and we take you to the airport. Thanks
Delivery to the airport works like this: We'll send a uber to pick you up and take you to the car. You drop the car off at our address and we'll take you to the airport in an Uber.

There was some confusion on the original listing which stated that an Uber would be picking me up from the Ft.Lauderdale airport and taking me to the car in Miami and it charged an extra $50.00 but then when the final transaction came, there was no $50.00 fee and I had to get my own Uber from FLL to Miami. Other than that it was fine.
Karina was an absolute terrible host. She does not communicate at all. She is not present for pick up or drop off. The person who is there barely speaks English. I rented a car from her for a week. I originally had rented the car at 5 pm so my return could be any time before 5 pm. I chose 12. I ended up being 20 mins late due to an accident on the way. When I arrived nobody was there and I had to wait 20 minutes which isn't a huge deal. Until I was told I would be charged $50 for being late 20 mins even though she was late as well? I tried contacting karina and Turo support they were no help. This was a few days ago. Today I revive an email saying I was charged $60. $50 for being late 20 mins (she was late 20 mins more than me) and then $10 for administration fee. How can a host be late and still charge me for being late? How can you charge $50 for 20 minutes when when the rental is $25 a day? Karina and Turo has hands down the worst customer service I've ever received. I will never use Turo again and warn anybody reading this against using it. Go to enterprise. It is just as cheap and they don't charge you for being 20 mins late. At most they'll charge you an extra day which is $25 and you keep the car an extra day. Which is fair. Also stay away from hertz. It is just as bad or worse than Turo. Use enterprise and if you use Turo stay away from Karina! Highly don't recommended Karina or Turo. The car was clean and new
The service was excellent: prompt answers, very clean car, professional people helping me before during and after car rental. I extended the car rental a few times. This car's brakes are the best in the industry.
