This is how the delivery to MIA airport works: we pick you up at the airport in an Uber and take you to my place 7 minutes away from the airport to take pictures of the car and check your ID. When you return my car you come to my place and then we take you to the airport in an Uber. Thanks

Was a nice car for the price was amazing. I didn't really drive it much since we only got it to go grocery shopping but was a nice ride and for the price you def can't beat that. Not great on gas as expected from a big car. But def nice set of wheels. We had to wait a little when dropping car off he was running behind but no biggie. Very nice people. Will be renting again in the very near future. Thanks
THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN ALL THE TIME IVE BEEN USING TURO!! I picked up the car on a side road of some other business so it was sketchy but then I got the keys and it drove fine but with an oil change light on. We kept extending the rental and used it for over 2 weeks even made arrangements for another vehicle with this same owner since this was reserved during the days we needed. I had an issue with my credit card on the day my next extension was due. I gave them the heads up. Only 7 minutes after my reservation was over I called the number to tell them my issue had been cleared and I was told I could no longer extend but that if I brought the car in they would make sure there was no damage and then extend. I said no problem and made a new reservation but stressed to them that I had my kids in the car and that I had no.other means of transportation to please accept my new reservation. The guy on the phone said no problem. I drove 40 minutes to the sketchy place. The "representative" took pictures and asked for the keys back and asked why the car needed gas. I said this was just a quick.look over and I'm taking the car again he said that's not what he was told. Karina has several people working for her but it seems they don't communicate well with each other. When the representative was done taking pictures and saw the car was fine I was told I could go. That nothing else was needed and the office would do their part. 15minutes later another representative called saying he was the owner not Karina and that he needed the tank filled and to return to the same location for him to be able to extend the car. At this point I didn't know what was going on or who to believe. I explained to him that I had my kids and could not return. He said he didn't care and wanted the car back. I told him I would.need to secure a ride home for myself and my kids before I could.do that. After countless back and forth he still.couldnt explain why the gas tank needed to be filled if I was to keep the car and not return it. The last text was that I was reported to the cops and my turn account was blocked. As soon as I saw this I took pictures of the car so he/she/they would not come up with another trick and told them the vehicle location. This is the worst experience I have ever had on turo and I have been using their services for almost 2 years. Turo should maybe be as strict with the owners as they are with the drivers to prevent these con-artists from operating. God only knows how many fees I'm going to receive after all this.
Took me a few calls to get them on the phone once I arrived. Then it turned out they had brought the wrong car to the pickup location, which it should be noted is an abandoned parking lot. Car had trash in the second row of seats, but was otherwise fine. Drop off took quite a few calls till I got an answer as well.
