Communication, flexibility, convenience it was all great. Dominic was very easy to work with, as I had to make trip adjustments more than once. Will definitely rent again. Only heads up, the Audi doesn't have an AUX input.. so unless you have an iPhone 6 you are out of luck.. there is a good satellite radio and CD player
