This is a BRAND NEW CAR! I bought this car on March 11, 2017! This beautiful AWD compact SUV is a powerful, smooth ride and perfect for a mountain getaway, and also great for driving around town. It has a Turbo boost engine which gives it great acceleration. Great gas mileage as well- 25 MPG city, and 33 MPG highway! I got this car to provide a wonderful experience to visitors to Colorado, and I am pricing it very low for the first few renters because I want to get some reviews for this car very quickly, so I hope you can take advantage of the low prices!
I do not charging for airport delivery, but each renter will instead be responsible for up to $16 in parking fees because the car stays at Pikes Peak lot (there is a free shuttle that gets you there from the terminal). There will be times that the parking will be less but you will never be responsible for more than $16 in parking fees.
You may have noticed that one of my renters gave a negative review; I'd like to take a moment to address a couple items that are false in his review: 1. I never intended to charge for damage caused by a prior renter. In fact, I try to disclose damages that I am aware of to renters so they can document them for peace of mind (there are some minor scratches on the body of the car). 2. You do NOT need to return the car in the exact location you receive it. The car stays parked in a large parking lot near the airport (Pikes Peak lot); you can park anywhere in that parking lot. 3. I usually send the exact location fo the car well in advance of the trip. For this particular renter, I happened to be using the car that day and was delivering it to the parking lot half an hour before his arrival at DIA so I did not have the row and letter until he was already on the plane, I'm not sure why that made him uncofortable considering he received my message informing him of the car location as soon as he landed and turned his phone on.

If your pickup is at the airport, the car will be at Pikes Peak parking lot. I will provide the row and number before your trip starts. You will be responsible for up to $16 in parking fees, depending on how long the car was as at the lot prior to your trip. I do not charge airport delivery fees, so this is how I make the car available 24/7 at the airport for convenience. If the parking exceeds $16, I will reimburse you the additional cost.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind. If the car comes back with any hint of smoke, you will be charged a detailing or ozone treatment fee, up to $250. Thank you for complying.

Parvaneh was very responsive and helpful with this rental. The mileage per day is something I've experienced with past rentals, I reached a misunderstanding when it came to that.

Parvaneh was pleasant and very easy to work with. The vehicle got great gas mileage and was easy to drive. The option to plug your phone in for music and map options was an awesome feature. With all of that being said, the convenience is lacking. This isn't about Parvaneh, but about Turo. I was looking for a lesser price than a typical rental car. If this is your first time renting through Turo a couple of things to think about. Make sure you rent it for longer than you think you'll need it (hour wise), since you'll get upcharged for adding on time. I paid for six days, but was charged an additional fee ($25) because I changed my time to bring it back several hours later. Also be aware of how many miles you'll be driving. If you go over 500 miles, you'll be charged. You also pay the parking fee, up to $16. All small charges, but they do add up. Then add on your time to take and send photos to document the car's condition, the shuttle ride, finding the car, etc. So with everything added together, I didn't necessarily get a better deal than a rental car agency. The app was also a little less than user friendly when trying to upload the photos.
Overall the car was great. Just as expected. The car is conveniently located at the airport parking lot where you can take a shuttle from. The car could be a little cleaner, but that doesn't affect the functionality. Would definitely rent this car again if I'm ever back in town.
Was an absolutely amazing trip! Parvaneh's car is smooth, clean and a joy to ride. It was easy to use, easy to access and such a cheap rate for airport pick up. The remote start came in handy for those rainy nights in Denver and it is AMAZING ON GAS. $25 fill up and we only had to fill up once our entire trip. I hope the car is available in October because I would love to have it again
I recently rented a Chevy Trax from Parvaneh. She was very helpful from the beginning and provided an excellent value for a practically new car. The car perfectly suited for our trip to Vail, and we were able to pick it up directly from the air port and drop it off before our flight with no hassle.
Parvaneh was great with communication and she put much more effort in place to make our experience a good one that any traditional rental car company would have.
I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again, the car was comfortable and smooth, and everything worked out very well.
The experience was very disappointing. We were told that we would have a row number and location of vehicle around one that day. I sent two messages before boarding our flight at 6pm and received no response. When arriving to the airport I was relieved to finally receive a response with the location of the car only to find that it had damage which was fine just minor scratches. Our renter let us know that she had documented everything and we didn't need to take initial trip pictures when arriving to the car. THANK GOODNESS we did not listen! After returning the car we received a message just hours later from our renter stating there was scratches on the vehicle. Once Turo stepped in and looked over all photos we had uploaded(THANK GOODNESS) from before and after trip rental they dismissed the claims immediately! So thank you to Turo but for the renter GOOD LUCK to anyone renting in the future from her! Also even though it is not stated in her contract you have to park the car in the exact location you found it because you will be charged if not!(FYI good luck with doing that on a Wednesday when the airport is packed!)
