Christopher was very nice! His Range Rover is an excellent car and was awesome to drive just for a few days. I highly recommend Chris and his vehicles.

Made getting and receiving the vehicle very easy.

Chris was really easy to work with and the car was awesome. It was the perfect car for our ski weekend in Breck!

Worst Turo experience of my life! Chris picked me up from the airport 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. Upon meeting he said “slight issue, the windshield wipers can sometimes stick from time to time, and I haven’t had time to get the motor fixed”. With little other options and a blizzard outside, I take the keys. Soon after hitting the road with his Rover, I come to find out that the windshield wipers are actually completely shot. The only way I could get them to work was by shutting down the car and restarting it - and then they would work for about 10 seconds before failing and sticking (usually sideways directly at eyesight view). I had to stop at the side of the non existent shoulders of I70 about 30 times - each time shutting down the car to restart the motor and using my hand to wipe away the snow and ice from the wipers. The only way I was able to finally make it to a gas station was because the outside conditions were so bad, that everyone was driving 5-10 mph, and I was able to follow the persons break lights in front of me. When I was finally able to make it to a gas station, I texted Chris. He initially acted empathetic, promising me a full refund. I told him that I didn’t even want the broken car anymore, but he begged that I keep it so that he didn’t have to travel 6 hours to Frisco to pick it up. Not wanting to do him like that, I agreed to a full refund, and I Uber’d 30 minutes to Breckenridge from the gas station in Frisco, only to have to Uber back to Frisco the next day, so that I could pick up the car and bring it back to Breck (still blizarding with useless wipers, but at least it was light out). I was not able to safely use the car all weekend, but thankfully it was not sleeting or snowing on my last day, so I was able to get the pos back to the airport. When I got back home, I noticed that I did not get my full refund. I messaged Turo and apparently he had called Turo after our agreement to get a full refund and told them to only issue part of the money I gave to him because I was an hour late dropping off the car at the airport. I was an hour late because there was an avalanche that closed down I70, I had to take alternate routes, and I had to again stop multiple times on the way back to clear off the windshield so that I could see! Not to mention that I was in constant communication with him when I found out that the highway was closed. I told him I was going to be late 5 hours in advance! Chris is a fraud, and does not hold true to his word! Now I’m stuck having to message Turo back and forth to get my refund, and they’re not giving it to me. Oh and by the way, there is no Bluetooth in the Range, and the USB connector doesn’t work, so you aren’t able to play your own music! I would never ever ever use this car or deal with Chris ever again!
