It offers free shuttle from the terminal near the baggage claim to the parking lot right next to your vehicle. I will communicate with you with the details after you book your trip. You maybe responsible for up to $24.00 in parking fees. This is the most convenient way to make the car available 24/7 and to avoid the charge of $50.00 Airport delivery fee. It is a convenient way in case you get hustles like, late baggage, bathroom issues, or so on... the car will be just waiting for you! FOR AIRPORT PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF The vehicle will be returned by the previous renter or myself and parked at US Parking lot the night before your arrival. I will send a text message regarding the vehicle condition, location, key inside the cup holder, fuel gauge and odometer the night before your reservation. Free shuttle service is available to take you to US parking lot. Provide the driver with the information on the parking locator slip and they will you off at the vehicle's exact location. First thing when you get into the vehicle. Check-in using the TURO APP. Note vehicle's condition and records and upload pictures of the gas gauge, odometer, exterior and interior condition of the vehicle. Pay the parking fee ($2.00 to $24.00/day. I will reimburse the difference after $24.00. In the end of the trip, please return it at the US parking lot only, not in the uncovered valet, or other parking. Full reimbursement will be charged for parking fee if it’s returned back to a different parking lot besides US airport uncovered parking lot. Please send me pictures of the parking slip locator, car's gas gauge, odometer, exterior and interior condition of the vehicle. Leave the key in the cup holder. THE VEHICLE REQUIRES PREMIUM GAS TO MAINTAIN ITS PERFORMANCE. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition provided to avoid cleaning fee of $60.00 that will be charged after the trip. Gas charges will be applied as well. You are responsible for citations, unpaid parking tickets, toll charges, etc., occurs during your trip. Charges for late return applies based on Turo rate. I will submit reimbursement through TURO APP after the trip ends. WHY CHOOSE MY VEHICLE? I will give you fast response from 7:30 AM-10:00 PM rocky mountain time. Christine’s 2018 Nissan Rogue was an ideal car for our trip to the Rockies. Visited Estes Park, Boulder and Keystone and this car made us feel safe and secure driving the mountain roads and 5-Lane Denver highways. Very clean and a perfect size for a family who tends to overpack. Christine was very kind and helpful, a great Turo host!!! Would highly recommend future Turo users to go with Christine.

I rented this vehicle because it was listed as a Denver airport pickup/drop off with no fee. It was described as "curbside pickup and dropoff at your terminal" which sounded very convenient. In reality, you have to catch a shuttle that only comes once every half an hour to an offsite parking lot 6 miles away from the airport, which added close to an hour to the start of our trip. Then, to add insult to injury, we had to pay the $25 parking ticket to leave the lot. So much for convenience or "avoiding" an airport fee. When we picked up the vehicle, the dash said "Oil/Filter Maintenance" on it. A little unsettling when you are going to be spending the next several days putting a few hundred miles on the vehicle... On our way back to return the vehicle, we got stuck in a blizzard, which I informed the host about. She seemed understanding and said "No worries. Won't charge you for late fees. Saves you 150.00". Then, she tried to charge us a cleaning fee, which I asked her about since we had the vehicle cleaned and returned in the same condition we received it in. She said that she was "giving us a break" by not charging us a full $50 since it was snowing outside...The car had snow/frost on it when we picked it up, and we have no control over the fact that it was also snowing outside when we dropped the car off. In the course of discussing the cleaning fee, Christine informed me that if I had an issue with the parking or cleaning fees, she would have to submit the late fees to Turo. In other words, after putting it in writing that she would not be charging late fees, she vengefully submitted them after I very respectfully and reasonably questioned the cleaning fee. Between the unethical nickel and dime-ing, the misleading listing, and the inconvenience of the pickup/dropoff logistics, I would highly recommend you not rent this car.

Christine was great communicating with me, a rookie Turo client. She helped me with the whole process, and made it easy to pick up and drop off her Rogue, which was great getting up to Summit County in the snow. Next trip to Denver, we hope her Rogue is available.

We had a great experience renting this car from Christine. Pickup and return went smoothly. The car is very new with great features like seat warmers and GPS navigation which helped a lot for a trip in the winter with patchy network in the mountains. Will definitely rent from Christine again in the future.
