Beautiful Black Jeep Wrangler Sport with fully equipped tires to go on the Mountains or cruise around the city. This car drives very smooth and perfect for vacation rental or just wanting a smooth drive. It is well maintained and barely driven.
Car location is in Sheraton downtown. From airport you can take the train to union station and the mall ride and stop at Sheraton. For pickup I can meet you with the car and keys. Take advantage of this awesome car for your vacation.
*The car does not come with an AC. Currently working on getting one built in, but Colorado weather is Breezy and beautiful in the late summer months so no AC really needed. The heater works great during the winter months.

The owner cancelled this trip 1 month and 9 days before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.
My wife and I rented Ugo's Jeep for the day to drive up into the foothills outside of Denver (Red Rocks, Central City, etc.)
Ugo was responsive via text, and pick up was easy to coordinate downtown.
The Jeep was a fun change from typical rentals, especially on the unmaintained roads in the mountains.
The only reason this isn't 5-star is the overall condition of the Jeep. Though it only had ~45k miles, the Jeep had lots of suspension squeaks, a top that didn't quite seal at velcro seams, a smashed bumper, and an interior that could use a detail. Plus those tires that look so cool in pictures made freeway driving loud and wandering.
However, part of the charm of a Jeep is it's primitive dynamics, and I had a great time driving it around mountain towns for the day.
This was our second Turo experience, and while it was fine, it wasn't great.
Ugo, the owner of the car, was very accommodating when our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours. This was obviously not the best way to start a vacation, so we really appreciated his willingness to meet us with the Jeep later than planned. The car was satisfactorily clean – not as clean as a rental would be – but clean enough.
We rented a Jeep with the sole purpose of removing the top for our trip to Estes and the Smokies. When we picked up the car, I asked Ugo if there were any tips to getting the top down. He replied that he wasn't really sure and gave us the impression that he didn't take it down too often. Because we were already running so late I didn't want to impose on his time any further, plus we didn't want the top down on the interstate from Denver to Boulder. The next morning we tried to take the top off. The back zipper on the windshield was mis-threaded and stuck. We tried for 45 minutes to get in undone. Granted, we don't own a Jeep – but we aren't idiots – and it was more than frustrating to not be able to get the top off. Oh well.
The other, slightly more problematic issue is that the Jeep has no A/C and this was NOT stated in the listing. This might not be an issue in cooler months, but with 90 degree temps in the summer, let me tell you, it's an issue. The owner said he has tried in the past to put this in the listing, but couldn't make the adjustment. I don't understand why this couldn't be written in the main listing – just a suggestion for the owner and also for future renters to understand. It wasn't the end of the world, and we made the best of it, but we definitely would have made a different choice if we'd known.
We were expecting to drop the car off to the owner in person, but Ugo informed us that he couldn't meet us at the agreed upon time. We dropped the Jeep in the garage where we originally met. Not a big deal and fairly easy.
Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't seamless. If you rent this Jeep, make sure you can get the top off when you pick it up, and be aware that there's no A/C. Aside from these issues, it was fine and exactly what one would expect from a Jeep.
Ugo was super flexible with pick-up and drop-off, and the Jeep was perfect for navigating the mountains! Extra kudos for Ugo helping us out when we realized we left our bag inside the jeep following our drop off. Thank you :)
