Pick up was a shuttle ride from the airport, which was a bit of a pain but not awful considering the price. The jeep was great for camping, but the engine light was on and the AC didn't work all the time. Also didn't hear from the owner until 1hr before pickup- things turned out fine but it was a little worrisome at first.
Sara provided a different vehicle of similar quality since the car I had rented was in the shop. The pick up could have been easier with more attention to the details of location but the car drove fine. I had a beautiful time in Colorado and was able to explore thanks to the Jeep provided.
Pickup/drop off was not really at the airport. It was at least 10 minutes away and you are asked to utilize a hotels shuttle service to get to the vehicle. The jeep itself was fine besides the fact that it really struggled to get over 60 mph.
The pick up at the Airport is really not. If you have to commute to another location is not quite st the Airport. The car has a big fender crash and it does not show on pics or description. Also owner offer to upgrade and and send new pics of another car and did change her mind without informing us.
We enjoyed our trip to Colorado and the Jeep played a key role!! Sara was communicative and easy to coordinate with. She made sure the car was clean and well serviced. Everything worked great. Shuttles to/from airport are free but there may be a wait. Our Uber on one direction was $25 (in case this factors into your price points) and when returning we hopped on a shuttle quickly.
Would've liked to have known that the A/C was broken before renting this vehicle. Driving around Colorado for the weekend with 90+ degree temps without a working A/C was not fun at all. Other than that, everything else was fine.
