This car is freaking awesome. I'm a professional driver for Lyft and Uber as well. I test drove over 60 cars before choosing the Acura MDX and this one in particular. This car is incredibly awesome in the snow. It can seat seven and qualified for Uber XL, Uber select, and Uber Select as well as Lyft Plus.
This car handles like a sports car. The headlights made driving in the mountains and at night incredibly easy and safe. The back seat is the comfiest and one of the main reasons I chose the car.
Car is designed with ergonomical comfort. Heated power adjustable memory seats with telescopic steering. Full screen Navigational package with back up camera. This car comes with the technology package.
Car also comes with unlimited monthly car wash pass for inside and out so if you have a need to have an extra shiny car it won't cost you a penny.
Car comes with multiple 3 mode LED chargers to keep all of your devices fully charged. Car receives all scheduled services on time. This car is 100% reliable and in tip-top shape. All services are performed at My Auto Parts and Service Center. The preferred service center of Lyft and Uber drivers who want to make more money. If you are a local Colorado resident who rents the car you are eligible to receive the rideshare driver discount at this location.
Picking up the car
• You will pick up the car from the Pikes Peak long-term parking lot unless other arrangements are made. The exact row location of the car will be sent to you the day you are to receive the car. Free shuttles provide service from the airport approximately every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. Shuttles pick up on Level 5, island 3, outside doors 507 and 511 (east side) and outside doors 506 and 510 (west side). Look for the shuttle displaying a Pikes Peak Lot sign.
• Send us a text once you land. After you book your reservation you will have access to my cell phone directly. This is simply to give us a heads up to be ready for you.
• Once you get to the car, you will need to send me two pictures. The first is your drivers license. I don’t need any personal information DOB, address, etc. I just want to see the name of the person who rented the car. The other picture of you in front of the car. Selfie or another person in the party taking the pic works fine. This is done for insurance purposes.
• As soon as you get in the car, take a photo of the odometer and text that to us which will be verification of the pick-up time of the car.
• There is no delivery fee since parking fees will be charged, but not to exceed $24. (Any amount above $30 will be reimbursed, so save the parking receipt.)

Returning the car
• Car must be filled with gas prior to drop off. (Fees will apply if tank is not full.)
• You will return the car to the Pikes Peak long-term parking lot in any row unless other arrangements are made. Text us the row letter(s) in which the car is parked which will be verification of the return time of the car. (Fees will apply if car is returned late.)
• Leave the key and parking lot ticket in the center console.
• Driving Directions for returning car to the Pikes Peak lot:
o On Pena Boulevard, drive to the 75th Avenue exit (this exit will have a sign for car rental returns)
o Stay in the right hand lane and take the 75th Avenue exit
o Proceed straight ahead at the light past Gun Club Road for approximately one mile
o The Pikes Peak Shuttle Lot entrance is on the right
• Insurance and registration information can be found in the center console.
• This is a non-smoking vehicle. (Fees will apply if there has been smoking in the car.)
• Chargers for your devices are provided for you to use in the car. (Contact us if you are interested in purchasing one.)
• You may take the car to be washed and vacuumed for free at any Waterways location. The Waterways card is located in the center console.

FOR SKI SEASON -
I specialize in cars for skiers and the winter vacation. In addition to having a fleet of all wheel drive vehicles designed for Colorado roads. All six of my AWD vehicles are equipped with mounting devices. This allows them to have ski racks or giant Thule cargo boxes.
This is a new business line, please be patient :) It is not designed to be a profit center, but merely a valuable service for my renters. I'm not trying to make a profit merely cover my costs of capital, time, and the risks.
The Thule box is the Force XXL. It is the biggest freaking box they make. I'm the size of on outsized linebacker in the NFL. 6'2 and 240 lbs. I can fit in this box.
I found out that Turo insurance does not cover after market add on's. Because of this there is a charge of $80 rental for a cargo box and a $20 charge for the ski rack. Let me know if you will be requiring either of these.

Renting from Mike was easy and convenient. Easier than a rental car company and a WAY better value.
Mike communicated quickly and with lots of detail. He made me feel comfortable about the whole process of using Turo and the rental couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was an awesome vehicle with lots of power and lots of room. It was the best rental car experience I've had and I've rented through quite a few commercial companies.
Everything was great about the car and Mike. The only thing I would have liked was for this car not to come up under "free delivery". I had to pay $30 to get it out of long term parking. Again that is not a big deal and it was in the description but I didn't pay attention because I had my filter set to "free delivery" so I wasn't expecting that. I would rent from Mike again.
This was my first experience renting a vehicle from Turo and it was pretty seamless. I rented the Acura MDX from Mike who did a good job of answering any questions I had. The vehicle itself worked fine mechanically and did a great job getting around the mountains and city streets of Denver. However, I received the vehicle in a pretty filthy state both inside and out. I wouldn't have minded it too much except the grime covering the headlights and windshield made it quite hazardous to drive at night as visibility was impaired and I had to drive from a late night arrival at the airport straight to the ski resort. I definitely returned the vehicle in a better state than I found it but other than that issue, I found it be a satisfactory experience and had no issues with pick up and drop off.
Our first experience with Turo and could not be happier.. Mike was quick to respond to any and all questions. The car served our needs, especially in the snow and dealing with 4 pairs of skis. Pickup and drop off was a breeze thanks again to Mike. Definitely would rent from him again.
Mike was great, and totally made our first experience with Turo worth it! Super easy, the vehicle was waiting for us at the short term parking, just steps away from the baggage claim at Denver International Airport. It had navigation and XM satellite radio, which made the trip a pleasure. No complaints whatsoever, will use Mike's services in the future in Denver! Awesome experience!
Mike was excellent to work with - very responsive to emails and very professional at all times. The Acura was as billed, ran great in the CO mountains with plenty of power for the climbs. It is a 2008 and shows its age a bit, as expected, but was a great vehicle for our trip.
Communication with Mike was great — he was very fast to respond. The car was reliable although not very clean when we picked it up. There was a rattle in the front end and the ride was not real smooth. The GPS was a great feature for us although it sent us the wrong direction a couple times because the maps need updated. I would use Turo again and I would probably select other vehicles from Mike (if available), but I probably would not select this vehicle again.
Mike was very helpful as I needed to rent this car earlier then I had originally planned. He responded to all questions I had in a timely manner.
We had a great mini-vacation visiting my son in Denver. The car was roomy enough to accommodate all of our luggage of a family of four.
I will try to rent again from Mike when I return to visit my son.
This was my first time using Turo, and Mike made the experience very simple. We were able to find his car quickly, which was conveniently already unlocked and ready to go. I was here with my daughter to plan her wedding, so we had to drive quite a bit the first few days to meet with different vendors in the area. He allowed plenty of miles, and this car was great for driving on the mountain roads. Returning the car was as easy as pick up, and we will definitely rent from Mike again!

The car was left in the parking lot right in the airport which was great. Mike was extremely helpful getting to the car and communicating prior to the trip. However, when I got to the car, the keys were not in it. I texted him, he apologized, said he had a screaming baby (I understand how these things go, I have two kids under three). I said don't worry about it, just get the keys as quickly as possible. He said they would be there within an hour. An hour later he said it would be an additional two hours. I finally got the keys three hours after my trip was supposed to have started. My entire family was there also waiting, twelve of us were held up because of this. He texted that the gas tank was also at a quarter tank, he didn't have time to refill it. He said if I would refill it and text him the receipt he would reimburse me. He also said he would get him a credit for the delay in keys. I have tried to communicate with him and Turo for a month and no progress has made. I paid an additional $60 out of pocket for this car. This has tainted my experience with Mike and Turo. I'm sure he's a very nice man, but this is unacceptable business practice. My husband and I are small business owners as well as Airbnb hosts, we would never treat our customers this way. And, if a mistake had happened (because it can happen to anyone, that's understandable) you do what you can to make it right immediately. I have constantly reminded Mike and Turo throughout the last month trying to get restitution to no avail. Very upset and frustrated customer.
Had great time renting this MDX. The car drove well. Pick up was super easy, Mike was super responsive. While dropping off the car in long term parking, I accidentally locked the car with my luggage inside. Luckily, Mike was able to responsive and able to unlock the car remotely within moments. I probably would have had to book another flight. SO THANK YOU MIKE!
This was my first time using Turo. The process of renting with Mike went very well for me and my Colorado vacation. I left my phone charger at home and was very pleased to find that Mike had a charger for an iPhone, android, and 30-pin Apple usb. Mike's vehicle exceeded my expectations on its performance and features. I was further pleased to find that Mike had Rubber floor mats and black leather seats which made for easier cleaning. We took the vehicle to Waterway car wash using the membership card that Mike had provided in the center console. All considering, I would absolutely rent from Mike again.
Mike was super flexible with us - our trip got delayed due to a blizzard and he worked with us so that we kept credit on true amd only paid him for the days we actually used the car. Car was in great shape and great to drive! Highly recommend!
Great car for getting around the city. Mike was very helpful throughout the trip, even when our flight was delayed for several hours before arriving. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this car again when we come back.
I rented this car for me and a group of friends to get to and from Breckenridge. Things could not have gone better. The car was as described and very nice. Mike had it waiting at the airport and was very clear in his communication. We returned the car back at the airport without any problems. I am very satisfied with the car, price and would rent from Mike again.
I rented this car for a group trip to Breck. We had plenty of room for 5 passengers and our luggage. Comfy and roomy. Handled great on the snowy roads. Mike was great. Got back to me with all my questions within minutes. The car was where he said it would be and easy to get to. Also very clean.

Mike's Acura MDX was awesome! It was luxury all the way... from the heated seats to the phone charging cords Mike supplied. It was quiet, handled the road and was a pleasure to drive. First time using Turo. Really couldn't have worked out better! Great communication with Mike who went above and beyond to help us make our flight by standing in the baggage line for us at drop off. Mike's MDX is the perfect vehicle for tackling the terrain in Denver. Sporty and agile, this vehicle has it all. Mike was fantastic with coordinating pick-up and drop off. I would call on Mike again for my next trip to Denver.
Mike was very accommodating and flexible with the pickup/drop off of the vehicle and everything was in great condition. He clearly explained every detail of the trip, car, etc... and was extremely friendly and helpful with the slight change in the trip end time. The car had everything I needed to go without delay (full tank of gas, aux cord, clean inside and out, etc...) and was a joy to use. I will absolutely be renting from Mike again in the future.
