Extremely Fun, Reliable, AWD Outback. Well equipped with finer features to make driving relaxed and enjoyable. - YAKIMA SKI RACK HAS BEEN ADDED FOR THE WINTER - 4 doors with seating for 5 - Plenty of room for 2 car seats with full anchors for safety - Absolutely no smoking in the vehicle - Small pets are allowed but you must specify before hand that you are traveling with a pet. If returned with pet hair additional hair removal cost will be passed onto you - My Valets will take care of cleaning the vehicle! Of course being excessive may cost you (especially smoke smell). ------ DELIVERY & RETURN AT DEN FINE AIRPORT PARKING ------ The car will be made available at the brand new, state-of-the-art facility, FINE Airport Parking, just 7-8 minutes from the airport with shuttles running constantly. To catch the shuttle from the airport, go to LEVEL 5 (the same level as baggage claim) and proceed out to ISLAND 5. Look for a yellow and black FINE Airport Parking Shuttle near the Off Airport Parking area. If you don't see one, hang out for a few minutes and a shuttle will pull up shortly. The shuttles do run 24/7. When you get on the shuttle, let the driver know you're picking up a Turo car and they'll take you right to it. To return the car just bring it back to the FINE Airport Parking facility and the attendant up front will point you in the right direction to park. As soon as you're ready to go, a shuttle will take you from your car right up to the airport terminal with little to no wait. ------ PETS ------ Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time - to both protect the vehicle and help future renters with specific allergies. Any pet hair and pet dander found in vehicles may incur additional fees. ------ SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ------ We do everything we possibly can to make EVERY renter happy with their experience. The car was great, but we had one issue that was very frustrating and a first for a Turo experience for us. The car did not start because of a bad battery. This can happen, we get it. And we had access to roadside assistance, so we were safe. But we could not get a quick response from the owner/3rd party service the owner used. It took more than a day to get approval and a promise to pay from them for me to resolve the issue by taking the car to an auto parts store and changing out the battery myself. No help or assistance was provided, and it seemed like the 3rd party vendor would simply say they were sorry, and I was left to my own devices to solve. While, I've been promised reimbursement for the battery through Turo, and I have no doubt that I will get it, I'm still baffled as to why I could not get more or quicker help (other than from roadside assistance), and I was surprised I could not get anyone on the phone - either when I called the number provided by the owner or when I specifically asked for someone to call me. I was willing and able to solve this, but I could have used and I expected more communication. Just being told they were "sorry" for the experience is and was not good enough. Also, I feel like we should have been offered something (a reimbursement, discount, future discount, something) for the lost time, frustration, and concern caused for 2 days in the middle of our trip. This experience feels even more frustrating as I learned by looking at recent reviews that the car had had battery/starting problems about 10 days before our rental. So I feel the owner/3rd party vendor should have moved quickly as soon as I raised the issue. I will be very hesitant in the future to use an Turo car where I can determine or I sense that the owner has handed off all communication and responsibility to a 3rd-party. Normally, I have easy and quick communication with the owner. This did not happen here. I think if I had a real conversation with the owner this could have been resolved on the first day and quickly. Again, great car, easy pickup and drop off, and if no battery and communication issues - I'd give it a much higher rating.

Really enjoyed the Outback to go up into the mountains for several days. Only complaint is the battery died one day (no lights or anything were left on). Thankfully a good Samaritan was able to give us a jump. I had messaged Caleb during this frantic time and did not receive a response until the following day which was an automatated message about getting the car back on time.
