There are some things that are entirely out of my control such as features or options that came from the factory on the vehicle or anything that may have happened on your trip such as locking the keys inside the car, having a bad time with your friends on the trip with you or forgetting your sunglasses at your hotel. Please do not bring my turo rating into your personal issues that may have coincided with the trip.

We had a great trip with car - It totally met our expectation and
Will is a very easy to deal with and also very accomodative. Thanks, Will!
We need an SUV to move from east bay to South Bay and we found Will's Cadillac. It proved to be a perfect choice. Will was very thoughtful and helped us removed some rear seats in advance. The communication with him was also very good. He responded punctually. The car was in a good condition. It was very clean. It has a huge trunk and could load everything we needed to. The only interesting note is that since I never drive a Cadillac before it took me 5 minutes to locate the shift knob at first (it was located on the back of the steering wheel). Anyway, I recommend Will's Cadillac Escalade if you need a spacious SUV.
The car is in good condition, however not the smoothest of rides (transmission seems a bit old and the rims are huge). If your trip is more local you probably won't mind it as much. My experience with Will was that he was kind and always quick to respond which was much appreciated.
