I was very disappointed by this whole experience in the end. I arrived after midnight and was not able to see the car well enough to tell if it had been cleaned. Regardless, I was charged extra in the end because I didn't clean the car before I turned it back in even though no one told me to clean it. Additionally, not until I picked it up was I told that neither the air conditioning nor the sunroof worked, and the Turo response was: "Well, at least it's Winter." Christelle should have been more upfront about the condition of her car.
