My car is parked on the 5th and Mission Garage, San Francisco (833 Mission Street). You can find the car on the 5th floor right next to the elevator facing Mission Street.
Entry and Exit: You can enter and exit the 5th and Mission parking garage with the garage card (monthly parking pass) that is located in the driver's side visor. It looks like a white hard plastic card and you simply tap it on the black panels on the way in and out of the garage. Please DO NOT FORGET to use it to get in and out as I will get charged a lost ticket fee if you do not use it.

To drive: Once you’ve located your car, you’ll find the key in the sun visor organizer on the driver’s side. Now you’re ready for your trip!
Your rental is already conveniently set up for automated toll crossing using my license plate number, so feel free to use the FasTrak lane anytime. You will be charged by Getaround directly for any tolls incurred during your trip, along with a $1.50 processing fee.
To return: At the end of your trip, please return the keys to their original location in the sun visor organizer- driver’s side, of course.

$350 for one way travel between SF to LA! If you’d like to take a cruise down the beautiful and scenic Pacific Coast Highway, this will be perfect for you. For the relocation fee, I can pick up the car in LA after your trip, or deliver the car to LA for you and pick it up from you in SF. **For toll violations, Turo normally charges a $10 admin fee in addition to the applicable fines, as shown in their chart. Luckily, all of the cars I provide are already plated with Fastrak! If this occurs, I can simply send you the bill later, or if you prefer to pay cash, please do so to avoid any hassle in the future. Thanks.
**All of our cars are Pet Friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! All that we require for this convenience is a quick wash and vacuum fee of $35 to make the car good as new again after your trip.
INSTANT PICKUP PROCESS: Please text me anytime at (415) 866-9663 or my assistant Reggie at (415) 866-3247 and we’ll be happy to provide you with the car’s location.
To speed up your pick-up process, please upload a copy of your driver’s license into the trip photos as well as the licenses of any other possible drivers. All you have to do when you arrive is take the following photos: 1) Front 2) Passenger Side 3) Rear 4) Driver Side 5) Close-ups for any damage that is larger than the size of a quarter coin.
Usually I will pre-checkin for you by taking photos of the car before your trip. However, in the case that I am unable to do so, I will need you to check-in the car by taking the required photos. Then I will unlock the car for you and you'll be on your way to the best, smoothest driving experience!
