PLEASE READ: Please bring the car back to the same parking lot, park at any empty spot but NOT GETAROUND spots. If you park at a Getaround spot, you will get a fine. Please do not remove the rear view mirror tag otherwise their is a $250 fine to replace it. And it's really inconvenient for me. Those guys at the parking structure are shark!!!

For the relocation fee, I can pick up the car in LA after your trip, or deliver the car to LA for you and pick it up from you in SF. **For toll violations, Turo normally charges a $10 admin fee in addition to the applicable fines, as shown in their chart. Luckily, all of the cars I provide are already plated with Fastrak! If this occurs, I can simply send you the bill later, or if you prefer to pay cash, please do so to avoid any hassle in the future. Thanks.
**All of our cars are Pet Friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! All that we require for this convenience is a quick wash and vacuum fee of $35 to make the car good as new again after your trip.
We had the car booked for a weekend. It was comfortable to drive. Two points made the trip disappointing. First, halfway through te weekend, I got a message saying that the trip was ending, and the car would not start. I contacted Logan through messages and he was prompt to “unlock” the car again. Second, when bringing back the car to its assigned parking spot in the garage, the parking pass was missing from the car, so I had again to call to ask what was going on. I had to look through the list of cars having a permit with the guy watching the parking to find it. So issues got resolved pretty quickly, but it didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped.
the car was working fine, no major issues, i got and returned the car on time, all the basics worked well. i have 2 points i would like to suggest Linh's service to improve on:
- i believe this jeep is a FWD not a 4X4. we rented this car specifically as we have chance of driving in snow at yosemite, luckily it didn't snow, but i think i would like to ask Linh to double check and update the car's listing.
- when returning i didn't get an answer on the number that was in turo's system, - again luckily i found another number in my call list from days before of Linh's assistant and he picked up the phone, but i suggest you update the number on Turo's system to the one people should call to reach you when returning the car.
