Perfect for ski trip up tahoe without worrying to put on chains. Tires are snow+mud rated. This car offers 19/25 MPG, and has plenty of cargo space. Instruction: Gas: Gas will be full at pick-up. Please return the gas full. If you haven't added the prepaid gas from Extras Missing Gas: If gas is return not full, we will order a valet to refill it at the nearest gas station. A service charge of $15 will be added + to cost of gas. Toll: Any toll outstanding will be paid via pay by plate. You will see the reimbursement request in a week. Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment. There are many insurance cards located in the vehicle, please make sure the one you use says TURO on it. Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. (Or add the prepaid cleaning), which would offset light cleaning charge or adds $30 credit to more severe cleaning like smoking, stain, pet hair. No smoking or pets please, thanks!   • How does airport (SFO) pick and drop off work?
    Instructions: The Turo Valet lot near SFO is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Complimentary transportation to the lot will be requested for you by Turo. After you have collected your bags, please go to the Departures Level at SFO and request your ride using the following instructions: Text the keyword “TURO” to (650) 900-4714 When prompted, text your terminal number, door number, and number of guests in your party A Turo Valet attendant will request a rideshare vehicle, and text you the driver’s details and provide an ETA for your pickup If you are unable to send and receive text messages, please call the Turo Valet lot at (650) 826-9761.
  • What kind of gas should I put in the car?
    87 Octane please.
  • How does delivery work?
    Please request an extension using the "modify trip" button on your reservation page. If the system says you can not extend the trip than the car has been rented out for those days.
  • How does toll bridge (Fast trak work).
    All cars are equip with Fast/Trak and plate pass. Please keep track of how much you spend on it and reimburse me at the end of the trip.
  • I need a ski rack?
    Please message me 24 hours in advance to allow me time to set one up.

It is a nice and fun car to drive under normal conditions. The AWD system was not reliable. I had a difficult time driving the car in Tahoe during snow conditions.

Really enjoyed the trip! William always responded promptly to any questions. Returning the car was a bit tricky. It was street parking and it took a while to find a spot.

Will was great at communicating with me and had an impressive response rate. He was very professional and understanding. I accidentally locked the car too early during my return and he almost instantly unlocked it after I let him know. The car was great for my trip to Tahoe! It was much bigger than I expected and it drove really well with no problems. I would definitely rent again for a similar trip. Thank you again Will!
