FOR TRIPS BEGINNING OR ENDING BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-5PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY: Car will be parked in Terminal 2 parking lot of the San Diego airport. I will send you exact location (row and number) the day of the trip. I will also let you know where I leave the keys.
FOR TRIPS OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE HOURS: Car will be parked one mile outside the airport at 3321 Dumas St 92106. You can take an Uber or Cab to the location for a very small fee. I will let you know the location of the key on the day of the trip.
NEED TO PICK UP THE CAR EARLY? Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the Turo app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (Turo does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their drivers license to the Turo app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause you to be personally liable for any damage.

A great luxury car with awesome value. Matt was a true professional and offered great service and communication. I immediately rented another car from Matt, and you can tell that he knows what he is doing. Perfect location near the airport with easy pick up and drop off. Matt's Mercedes was awesome to rent. It was very comfortable for me, my son, and wife. It even convinced us to start looking into one of these for ourselves. The overall renting experience was great and Matt was very accommodating. I would use his services again in the future.

The experience renting Matt's Mercedes was fantastic. He was extremely flexible and had everything ready for us. The ride was clean, comfortable, and ran very well. Renting this vehicle was a solid experience and when I come back to San Diego I will DEFINITELY be renting from Matt again.
Clean car. The car was really nice! The pickup and return was very easy. Even if I showed up one hour later because of my delayed arrival into SAN airport, that was no problem. Delivery also very easy and flexibel. Would rent again at these nice people!!
Matt really made our visit to San Diego amazing! They picked us up at the airport and let us drop off the car at the airport. The car was clean and very well taken care of. The car if very economical. Matt had an iphone charger ready to be used. The panoramic roof was a real treat especially for our son David. The 5 days were a blast in part to having an amazing ride. Thank you Matt!!!
Matt was very responsive and made the pick up/drop off very easy. The car is amazing. We received several complements during our trip on how nice our car was. Ran and drove smoothly. No issues whatsoever. When we come back to SD we will definitely Turo with Matt again.
Matt delivered the car to the airport when it was set to be picked up at a different location. Added points for that. The car wasn't vacuumed & exterior wasn't clean. It was also delivered with little gas. Matt called the morning of drop-off advising someone will be renting immediately after us and can we leave it in the airport parking lot. (Again, not cleaned & not fueled). Sure, no problem. Said we'd find a key case in the glove box. We did as instructed. Locked the car and notified it's location. Matt then got upset and advised we were supposed to leave the car unlocked and put the key under the trunk? First I had heard of this. Forwarded our numerous other Turo communications that gave clear instructions that could help him in the future with no response. Feel bad it didn't end well for Matt. After giving it a few days, we don't see how we could have helped changed the outcome.
Matt's Mercedes was a joy to drive and had enough room to fit my family. The car was in great condition and had great technology. I didn't have a chance to meet Matt but it was very convenient to pick up and drop off his car at the airport. I would definitely rent from him again. Thanks Matt!
Matt & Sarah were accommodating and co-operative in making this hire work so smoothly. The Mercedes GLA was clean and ready right on time, performed perfectly and, due to the rather large daily mileage allowance originally granted me, I found I used only half of that mileage allocated me for that hire. Would I hire from Matt & Sarah again?? CERTAINLY . . . a really GREAT experience.
Matt and Sarah were great to rent from. All communication was smooth and convenient. I would highly recommend renting from them to anyone. Cool car too! Kids loved the glass ceiling and the wife and I appreciated the ride and premium features. Did great on gas mileage even!
Didn't get to actually meet Matt but was always quick to respond to any concerns and questions I had. I did the actual transaction with his wife Sarah(pickup/drop-off). Would definitely go through Matt again and recommend A++++.
