Smoking is not allowed. Please respect the car’s owner and future renter. Besides, isn’t it uncomfortable smoking inside the car? ;) Unfortunately, if you decide to do so there will be a $250 charge.

For returning car in original condition, we are flexible as long as the car is not dirty. To avoid any charges, please make sure the car is clean, with no trash, food, or mud in the interior or on the exterior.
We do know each renter is different from the others; thus, renters might have other concern beside our general policies. If that is the case, please do not hesitate to contact Logan to raise your specific question.

For airport deliveries, we’ll meet our renters curbside of baggage claim. However, parking over 30 minutes is prohibited in SFO. As a result, our maximum wait time for renters is 30 minutes. Please pick the starting time of your trip wisely.
In case renters are unable to show up within 30 minutes, we have to bring the car to our nearest office. Renters have to come to the office by their own. Usually, it costs renters $7.00 going from SFO to my office by Uber.

I took the for a week to South Lake Tahoe (no need for the AWD unfortunately). The car has a few miles on it (124k) but is in immaculate condition. When I was up there, we lost battery power. At the time I thought something was wrong with the electrical system, but once we got a jump, everything was fine. But I was really impressed with his responsiveness when I texted I had a problem. Because I was far away, he could not drive a new car to me, but Turo and Linh were very responsive. He also seems to have a remote diagnostic program to help check on the car. Overall, it drove beautifully and was a great car.
