The car was great for a trip to Tahoe and was the perfect size for our gear. Please note that additional mile charges will be charged. This was a surprise to me as I have not had this done in the past, however this is fair and stated in the car's policy.
Overall excellent experience! I flew into SFO and found out that there were no rental cars left at any of the companies. Powai conveniently picked me up within an hour. The Acura MDX was clean with lots of features, and easy to drive. Everything about this rental experience made my trip better.
Powai's MDX was everything me and my friends needed for a trip to the snow. The car is fully loaded with great features like heated seats and a DVD player that makes the car ride every bit more enjoyable. We were able to get through the snow filled roads with ease! Powai was very nice and straightforward; overall a great rental and experience.
My friends and i planned a tahoe trip over the weekend and needed an AWD car to get there. Powai delivered the MDX to my door and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The MDX was spacious and clean; perfect for our needs.
Over the weekend, we decided we wanted to stay in Tahoe a little longer, so I gave Powai a call to see if it was okay. He was easy to reach, and told me it was fine as long as i extended the trip through turo.
This was my first time using turo, and Powai made it a great experience!
