It is really dangerous to drive this car. It is too old. Its system has seriously problem. When I rented it, I first found the engine light is on, I ask Marlo about it. He told me it should be ok. Then the battery light is on, he still said it can be driven. After the car stop on the road, I found this car almost killed me if I were on the highway. Marlo said he will refund me, but he didn't. Really disappointed.
Marlo was great. Appreciated the prompt replies. Car worked well. It's not the newest car, but functionality was there for what it was needed for (driving around town). Spacious and comfortable. Tire pressure was low and Marlo was able to get tires fixed in between free time during my rental. Whole process was easy with Marlo!
The Lexus RX was extremely convenient for my trip around Cali. The GPS was glitchy and freezing. Also, The car was a bit shaky and there was no AUX, but it still got me from point A to point B with no problem. I unfortunately lost the key along the way, but I was able to retrieve a copy from Marlo very easily. I will definitely rent from Marlo again in the future.
I loved this luxurious car and couldn't let go, took 1 more day, then 1 day more. For long trips keep in mind that it's a bit weary bumpers a bit not solid, long braking, AUX cord goes from tape deck and wheezes sometimes, silencer is fell off a bit, steering wheel is a bit tight, perhaps doesnt have airbags. However i went to Santa Barbara and back and it was great ride: drives soft, smooth, it's so comfortable, spacious and very fast! Feels grand. Now i'm considering to buy one for myself. Marlo is very friendly and easy. Would rent again.
Marlo was great, returned messages quickly and had the car ready right on time. The car was super clean and with almost a full tank of gas. The brakes did make some loud noises, I think they need to be serviced. Besides that, a great Turo experience.
DISASTER :-( Car stalled on 10 freeway in the middle of traffic. The car was smoking and also only had 1 headlight. The car made a horrible, loud clicking noise when in reverse and had a nasty odor. Not only that, Turo did a very bad job taking care of me once the car stalled. Their 3rd party road side assistance took 3 hours to get to me. I could not go back to work. I suggested to management there needs to be an inspection process similar to what Uber has. This was very unacceptable.

The car was in good condition and Marlo was good to deal with and very responsive
Great first turo experience. Turned out to be super convenient location. Quick easy... good price relative to other cars. Marlo explained & answered all my questions, & I could tell he was really cool:. If available I'm probably going to use his ride again as a solution to run errands all over LA rather than uber everywhere for the same price or less? Thanks man!
