Highly recommended for long trips, beautiful and efficient car. We made more than 3000 miles in 2 weeks :) car almost like new, it consumes less than I'd say! They came to take us from LAX and then took us back to the airport at the end of the trip. Good communication, I'll rent from them other times!!
The car was very good and at my arrival at the airport they were in perfect time and everything was smooth. When I had to drop the car at the end of the trip, I asked to be taken in a different location than the airport paying additional fees... I had no answer and they leave me in the middle of the street... however I took a Uber and everything was fine
Everything went really smooth arriving at LAX, then meeting up with the driver and getting our car set up. The car was just what we expected...no problems there either. The return process was a little confusing though, as we parked / waited in a tough to find office building parking lot. We made the call, and continued to wait to be picked up for the airport, only to get word that they arranged to pick someone else up at the exact same time and would most likely be late to get us. They did a great job of remedying the situation by offering to buy an uber, then eventually just offering to meet in front of the airport terminal (which got us to our flight on time). Great car, great customer service... could just use a little work on organizing their drivers when they have multiple cars out at the same time / need to make it to the airport around the same time.
Great great rental. Incredibly accommodating for pick up and drop off and right at the airport. Communication was easy, quickly responded to, and the Cherokee itself was awesome. Very clear that it is well taken care of.
This Grand Cherokee drove us up to the Bay Area and the drive was really comfortable. The interior was really clean and the car was pretty new. The exterior wasn't exactly that clean (I actually expected them to wash it :/)but that was okay.. It didn't really bother me that much.
I was really about to give this trip a 5 star review, until the moment I had to return the car. I was instructed to find parking along the streets. I got there at 7.30pm when my return time was 8pm, drove around the area and even up and down the hills for over 30 minutes before I found one.
Don't get me wrong, the car was perfect and the owner was super responsive whenever I called. I called him when I had trouble finding parking and he helped me out. I just feel that they should have a more efficient way of returning because not everyone is as patient as I am.
We spent 3 weeks in the US and drove more than 3000 miles. Our trip was great thanks to the Grand Cherokee of Ekaterina ! The car was almost brand new, and on top of that they came to pick us up at the airport, and dropped us off at our terminal, which was very convenient.
Below is my honest review of our trip with Ekaterina's 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even though it is listed under her name, she runs a rental car company, so you might not deal with her directly.
+ Car is clean, new, and rate is excellent
+ Unlimited mileage is a bonus
+ The company is very accommodating with my return request. We asked for extension, they approved. Then circumstances changes that makes us need to return the car early, they approved. Very top notch customer service!
Now the cons:
- The pick up was late for around 20 minutes. Traffic in LA is horrendous, but i hope next time they could pick up customers on time regardless the traffic.
- I found that their system of picking up the rental is inefficient. First, there will be a driver who will pick you up from the airport and he will drop you off somewhere in the parking lot to do the initial inspection. I found the pick up could be problematic, we rent a car which fits 5 people. Luckily, our party was 4 people so everyone including the driver could fit in the car. I wonder if our party was 5 people, then what happen to the driver or the poor lad who will get left behind in LAX because the car doesn't fit 6 people legally (including the driver). I hope in the future they can fix this system which the driver could just drop the car and do the inspection at LAX, then the customers could carry on with their way. It would save time and less hassle for both parties.
