I use Turo because I like the personal connection and accountability, and I love the convenience as well as the breadth of options. This experience was an outlier on all those fronts. For one, Ekaterina, if she exists, was nowhere near my experience. I never saw her. I was picked up a half hour late (wth my family waiting on me) by a short-tempered guy who drove me to an external lot. When I asked him about this process and the lateness, he informed me that he manages over a hundred cars. So this is a sizable business run by Uzbek dudes, not "Ekaterina's car". I also had to wait on (a different couple of guys) to show up, again in a remote lot (this is not the "pick me up at the curb" service you might have enjoyed with Turo), and take us back to the airport. They were so late I had to run my family to the airport myself, come back to the lot, then sprint to my gate. The car was fine and as advertised. The experience was not. I won't be using these guys again, because they duplicate the frustrations of the rental car company I came to Turo to avoid. So buyer beware.
Great car and had absolutely no problems with it. I requested to be picked up 10 minutes away from the airport instead of the airport and they were not willing to do that. For that reason, I give them 4 stars
Worse service ever and for my first time doing Turo it makes me never want to do it again. Who ever the person was to drop the car off to me was late and communicated poorly. He did not care that he was late(hour and twenty mins late, and I had to keep calling to see where they were), offered me a discount for being late but when I asked about it he said he would get back to me, He never did. When my trip was done I called customer service to talk let them to let them know what was going on and sent screen shots of the conversation. Customer service tried to contact Ekterina with all the information that was giving about the trip and of course no response. Trash ass service and I could care less about going through Turo ever again.
