We simply ask from you to bring back the car with full tank and cleaned as it will be delivered.
If you don't have enough time for cleaning, we can do it for you and it costs $20.00. You can pay the cleaning fee on your return, or we can request a reimbursement fee through the app (TURO will charge additional $25.00 for admin fees).
If you want we can also deliver the car up to 15 miles. For that, we want you to pay our Uber fees for both directions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware of the following policies before/after your trip.
Please refuel the car to the same level as it was on delivery. If the car is returned without being refueled; we will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the TURO Reimbursement Request tool. I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request. Please note, TURO will also add an administration fee of ($25)
**CAR WASH/INTERIOR CONDITIONS**
We thank you for renting a car with us; please be aware that cars rented through TURO must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided to you. That means that the gas must be refilled; the car must be washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. We take pride in providing clean cars, and we require that you return the car in the same condition.
To ensure our cars are returned clean, you have the option to wash it at a car wash center before returning it or pay $20 fee upon return. If the car is not washed and the fee is not paid upon arrival, you will be billed by TURO for the actual amount of the car wash ($20) plus their administration fee of ($25). We kindly ask from you to bring the car as clean as it will be delivered.
On the other hand, TURO insurance does not cover any damages to the interior of the car. So please, feel yourself in your car and be sensitive to it. In a case of any damage, it will be fixed by an authorized service provider, and the fee will be reported to the TURO Reimbursement Request Tool. We kindly ask you to be gentle to our car as you do it for your own, thanks!
TURO prohibits tobacco use in rented vehicles. Be courteous and don’t smoke, the person who rents the car after you might be allergic to smoke or simply don`t like it. If our car is returned with the smell of tobacco or any other, a $250 sanitation fee will be billed.
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
TURO prohibits pets in rented vehicles. We don’t want to harm any pet, but they are not allowed in our cars. Be courteous and don’t bring your pets, the person who rents the car after you might be allergic to pet or simply doesn`t like it. If our car is returned with the smell of pet or any traces, a $250 sanitation fee will be billed.
Paying for tolls is the responsibility of the renter. The car has Express FasTrak account for your convenience. In case you enter to a toll road during your rental period, we will reimburse the amount that used by our guests.
Delivery and pick up are available to your location according to the distance free or with a nominal fee that includes both pick up and drop off to your location. If you choose to have the vehicle delivered to SNA, LGB or LAX airports, I’ll be on time and meet you at the baggage pickup, no waiting in lines at a rental counter, and there is no need to drop me off at my house (or pick me up later). We just want you to enjoy your travel with the way it's supposed to be!
