-About free LAX delivery the way it works is please call me or txt me on turo or my number when your ready with your bags outside the baggage claim its against the law to stand around and wait for you after you call me or txt me I will be on my way to lax from 90250 it usually takes between 10 mins to 1.5 hours to arrive at lax because of the weekend or any big holidays traffic at lax airport I will pick you guys up at LAX airport and drive to my address about 5 miles away where my other cars are parked its on a busy EL Segundo blvd/Doty Ave and we do paper work here and take pictures of the car then your good to go with the car. and we can't do paper work at the LAX airport because its against the law to stand around and take pictures or sign papers or they will give me a big ticket. So if you have trust issues then you can take Uber or Lyft or taxi down at your own expense to 12712 Doty Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250 Parking lot across the street from this address we will meet up inside that parking lot please read my reviews before booking any of my cars. when your returning a car you will do the same drive to my address we do the paper work here and then I drop you guys off at the airport at no extra charge to you unless you have trust issues then you can take Uber or Lyft or taxi to LAX airport.

There were a couple of hiccups in the process, but all in all it was a good experience. The vehicle we requested wasn't available (because someone hadn't returned it?) and Kasim gave us another vehicle. The parking lot was very dark and difficult to see damages. There was a bit of minor damage to the vehicle, but then I backed into another vehicle in the parking lot. It was hard to tell what damage I had caused versus previous damage due to the lighting. Nevertheless, Kasim was flexible when we needed the car for an extra day and was able to pick up the vehicle from another location when our flight was moved. The fee felt a little bit pricey, but we were in a bind. The cars aren't in the greatest shape, but they will get you where you need to go.
The car had lights on for malfunctions. Car was not clean. At first I thought this was going to be a carefree transaction. Unfortunately communication and understanding during a emergency visit to the ER which prolonged my trip wasn't ok. I offered to rectify the situation, filled up gas, and got the car washed right before I returned it (although it was dirty when I picked it up). I took complete responsibility for my tardiness and offered to even pay for the trip that he had booked with another Turo consumer in full. Wish it went better but unfortunately it didn't.
