When we got the car at the customs hotel we were welcomed by a very sweet and kind man who had blond hair and he was tall. However, when we came back to return the car the guy who helped us was rude, he did not help us at all and he told us that he has been working the entire day and he's tired to even help us, when we asked him why he was unpolite. That man also knew we had alot of luggage so he ordered us a small car and did not explain anything at all. Luckily the man who welcomed us in the beginning showed up and he was kind enough to order us a new large car and he also put the luggage inside the car.
What a joke - I inspected the entire car when I got gas across the street from the lot I returned it at, and it was in perfect condition. Then I returned it to the Turo lot where it was inspected again and nothing found. Then I get an email that there is damage to the passenger door and I am charged $500?! Side note, car was EMPTY when I picked it up and I still returned with half a tank to be nice.
