Everything was good up until returning the vehicle. I was running late and wanted to extend my drop off time. When I asked if I could extend the reservation the "employees" of this car said that I could not and demanded that I drop off the car at a house 15 minutes away from the airport in which I was supposed to drop off the car originally. I said that my flight was leaving in an hour and I didn't want to risk missing my flight. They assured me that they will get me an uber to the airport in time, so then I agreed to drop off the car at the house. When I arrived at the house they were very rude to me and my guests. Kept saying that I was late and will charge me a late fee and cleaning fee. (I obviously had no time to clean the car since they demanded I return the car right then and there) When I asked when the Uber was coming to pick up me and my guests they told me that they didn't request it since it will cost too much at $70 dollars. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU WAIT UNTIL I REACHED THE HOUSE TO TELL ME THIS!! Keep in mind that I had a flight to catch! By then I was furious and just had one of my guests request it, which turned out to only cost $20!. LIARS! By the end of all of this, we did eventually make our flight home but not our luggage. We had to come back to the airport the following day to pick up our luggage since we checked it in so late. Horrible first experience with Turo!
Nik is amazing-- so friendly, accommodating, always available for questions, very flexible. This car is actually soooo fun to drive! Perfect for a road trip! It was so clean and the CarPlay feature is very very cool-- makes using phone safer while driving by connecting everything through the car and even reads your messages to you for hands free texting!!!
