This was absolutely the WORST Turo experience I've ever had. Martha has terrible communication and never responded when there was issues with the Audi Q7. She gave it to me when it needed to be serviced and the service due light kept beeping. The tires were in poor condition and absolutely unsafe to drive and the tire pressure was low and 3 of the 4 tires failed a tire inspection that I was unconvinced with and had to go due because she gave the car to me in such poor shape. The listing is the farthest thing from accurate. Almost none of the added amenities of this Audi even work. On my day to return the car again no answer from Martha so I contacted Turo customer service and even they could NOT contact her. She is the worst host ever and I will never rent from her again. Total SCAM. Beware of any of her listings.
Martha and Peter were great and so accommodating. The car was clean and no issues what so ever. Definitely requesting them again.

They were very accommodating indeed with pick up and drop off - real door to door service. The car was just as advertised, and fully met our needs. Just one niggle - we couldn't adjust the rear view mirrors on the doors. Apart from that - excellent!
I had the pleasure to drive Peter's and Martha's beautiful Q7, it was the perfect get away car for the weekend. The car is 8 years old and still runs like a beauty, although you needed to adjust the side mirrors manually, it's expected for a car almost a decade old. When I brought it to Peters attention, he reassured me and has proven to bring the car to the dealership multiple times for upkeep. I would definitely rent from them again, thank you Peter!
Car had plenty of issues that were not mentioned in the ad. Televisions in back do not work. Brake pads are worn out. Right brake light was out. Interior panel was loose. Car had no way to connect to phone for audio. Owner said car was getting cleaned before pick-up, but windows and sunroof were still covered in fingerprints.
On the plus side, Martha always responded quickly and was very accommodating with pick-up/drop-off location that was most convenient for me.
I don't think that any of the above was necessarily the owners fault. The car just felt like it had been driven heavy and was due for service.
My regular ride is a Range Rover and Wow the Audi is right there. Super great car and great owner communication and Professionalism top notch. Also gps navigation awesome dual sky roof and TVs in head rest. And all around great experience and a very convenient pick up location.
