The car should be returned with the same level of fuel. When you take possession of the vehicle it will be fully washed, vacuumed, and detailed. Please return the vehicle in the same condition or leave $15 to cover the cost of cleaning. This vehicle is PET FREE and SMOKING Free. Violation of the terms will result in an additional cleaning charge.I will upload all of the picture related to gas level, mileage ,interior condition and the body condition,for your trip on turo trip photos.If you see anything wrong with any of those things at the pick up time,please message me and let me know,before you leave with the car. LAX pick up information: I will pick you up in the LAX terminal exactly in front of the gate which you arrive in. This is much easier than renting from a big rental company or other renters from the website that require you to pick up the car in the valet parking because you won't have to wait for the shuttle and waste time. You will be able to save at least 30-60 minutes. And please, if you find out last minute that your flight will be delayed, send me a message.

The car was great, but I would warn potential renters that you don't actually get a return drive to the gate like it says in the car listing information. In the information, it says "LAX return information: At the returning time, I will meet you in front of LAX Parking Lot F Then I will give you a ride to your gate." What actually happened to me is that a few hours before the return time Reza messaged me to let me know to bring the car back to a parking lot behind a hotel somewhere in the district of the airport. Being that I was visiting, I'm not exactly sure where it's located. I was fine with that because I figured we would get a ride to the airport once we dropped off the car. Instead, Reza didn't meet us there and we arrived at a confusing drop off lot with a "valet" Turo tent. Once the car was processed, we were told to go use the airport shuttle from the hotel next door. That would have been fine, but they didn't tell us ahead of time that there are only shuttles every hour and so we missed the shuttle since the person at the booth took so long to get to us to process our car return. I then had to try and find a ride to the airport on my phone while holding my luggage, standing in front of the hotel with my mom. Eventually, the guy from the hotel was nice enough to leave his employee alone and take the hotel van to take a special run to the airport to take my mom and me at our gate. Thank goodness for the real customer service of the hotel! If I had known that we had to take a shuttle and/or if the person at drop off had communicated the times the shuttle leaves (which the hotel shuttle guy said they know), it would be been nicer and I would have planned ahead for such a delay. I was not pleased with their customer service and would go with someone like I have rented from before that actually picks you up at the airport and drops you back off there at the end of your trip.
This was by far my best Turo experience. Reza picked me up directly from my gate and dropped me off right at my gate. Made traveling for work so much more convenient. His car was impeccable, clean and great to drive around LA. I would definitely rent it again on my next work trip to Los Angeles. Thank you, Reza!!
This was my first time renting with Turo and absolutely my LAST time!!!! Customers be aware Turo does NOT protect the client!!! The car was 30 minutes late, and had a gash on the front right tire (which I took pictures of and posted on Turo) on top of him being late and the car not being able to drive, Turo for some reason automatically added my personal info from Social Media (which I can't change on my own in the app) and my name wasn't correct so Reza would NOT release the car to me! At this point I've missed my appointment my entire day is ruined, it's raining outside. I'm trying to call Turo and I'm on hold for almost 3hours between 3 phone calls. Turo was NOT helpful at ALL and sided mostly with the owner. At that point I wanted to cancel the reservation get a refund and move on and they wouldn't even do that! They still charged me an amount!! I'm going straight to BBB with this! Beware!! And NEVER rent from Reza or Turo!! I have an account with Midway (MCar) and they're amazing don't know why I considered another company. To end the story I had to get a rental from enterprise, so I lose because with Turos fee and the new rental I spent more than I wanted to. BAD BUSINESS!!
