The car should be returned with the same level of fuel. When you take possession of the vehicle it will be fully washed, vacuumed, and detailed. Please return the vehicle in the same condition or leave $15 to cover the cost of cleaning. This vehicle is PET FREE and SMOKING Free. Violation of the terms will result in an additional cleaning charge.I will upload all of the picture related to gas level, mileage ,interior condition and the body condition,for your trip on turo trip photos.If you see anything wrong with any of those things at the pick up time,please message me and let me know,before you leave with the car. This car fit 6 people comfortably and the gas was pretty great on it as well. Would recommend!
I was confused about using the app and all of the features. Hate that when traveling with adults that if you all are authorized drivers, that you can't switch the primary driver easily when you have different arrival and departure times at the airport. Reza was very easy to work with. The car was clean and nice and we had no mechanical issues at all. SO MUCH CHEAPER than a rental car company.
The vehicle was just as described. Reza was very responsive to messages through the app and very pleasant pickup and return process. Would recommend him for anyone looking to rent a car and look forward to checking out some of his other vehicles for next trip! Thanks Reza
This was totally a horrible experience and I don't see myself using Turo ever again. The owner of the car has request money from me each day since Tuesday.. I don't understand how turo as a company can't see the pattern.. when a person rents a car and returns the car any and ALL issues with the returned car typically are immediately made aware to the renter IN ONE REQUEST OR COMPLAINT! Not in a daily drip to see what he could get out the renter. With this one car rental the following occur:
Day 1 after return- owner filed a claim about the gas... The turo Representative marked the car at 3/4 when I received the car to which I returned it at 3/4 of a tank which is documented. Turo took the word of the owner over the pictures and report taken by its own rep. The report was signed and emailed to me. Then they charged me a gas charge even with their own rep signing off on the amount of gas that was in the car.
Day 2. The owner then tried to request money from me and claim tire damage about a tire that the thread of the tire was literally worn down to the wires(which turo allowed me to rent a car with ball tires).
Day 3. The owner then files a cleaning violation claim, for common debris on the carpet. And again Even with pictures taken by the onsite turo rep when I returned car showing the car wasn't dirty, Turo some how decided to side with the owner..
This man has made several bogus claims to which each time Turo supports him even with proof to the contrary of his claims.
I'm so disappointed in this experience.
I simply wanted to rent a car while I was in LA, made sure to get the premium insurance, paid for 600 miles(only used 242 miles) filled the gas to the level I was told and emailed by the turo rep, returned the car on time, was inspected by the rep who took photos and video of the condition of the car... and I signed off and honestly at that point figured I had a good experience... but every day since then I've regretted the decision and wish I'd gone with a traditional car rental company with set rules and regulations as well as a company I can rely on their documented photos and common sense to make decisions about The return of the rental. I will post my experience on all my social media outlets and beg any and everyone to avoid this App and certainly this car owner.
Fuel tank less than half full when received and Reza seemed offended when I pointed out chips in the bumper during my Pretrip inspection while taking pictures. I had to leave early for the return with five family members as he was unable to meet me as agreed at LAX. Had to go to a hotel parking lot and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. I'm rating a three as he seems a nice enough guy. I'm hoping to receive the difference in price between the 3/8 tank and full tank I provided him on return.
The car was clean and in excellent condition. It was the first time we had used the service and will be back to book again everything went very well. We had problems with traffic so were delayed for the drop off time but it was easy to organise an extension.
The trip was very good and Reza was flexible. Our flight was delayed and he gladly make arrangements for us to pick up the car. Everything was good and the car was clean. The drop off was very easy and he was right on time. We will definitely rent again!
