[DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE TURO LAX LOT]
The Turo LAX lot is located behind the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045.
-Proceed to the parking lot located behind the hotel property
-If you are picking up a vehicle, simply walk to the top level of the parking lot where a Turo employee will be able to assist
-If you are dropping off a vehicle, drive up the parking lot ramp and a Turo employee will be there to open the gate
[SHUTTLE DIRECTIONS TO THE LAX LOT]
Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the Custom Hotel. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes, and requires that you use their automated system to request your ride. Please note that traffic in and around LAX may delay your pick up during peak hours.
-Once you have arrived at LAX, text #shuttle to (310) 499-2552
-Follow the automated instructions to provide the terminal number you are located at, and the number of people in your group, and text #turo when prompted
-Once you have your bag, exit the terminal and head to the island with the red signs marked "Hotel and Courtesy Shuttle"
-Board the white bus marked "Custom Hotel"
-Once you have arrived, walk towards the back of the property to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"; a Turo employee will be available to assist
