I couldn't be happier about this experience. Roxanne was attentive, responsive and went out of her way to make sure my friends and I enjoyed the trip. She was very helpful and even gave us a few sightseeing tips that really paid off. The Enclave was a great ride! Super comfortable, roomy and clean. Nice power getting up those mountain roads. I'd rent this vehicle from Roxanne again in a heartbeat. Hopefully sooner rather than later!
We wanted to rent a vehicle for 6 adults and Roxanne's Enclave was perfect. Comfortable, clean and ran great. We had no problems. Roxanne responded to texts and emails promptly. Pickup and return went smoothly. We will definitely consider using her vehicles in the future.
This was our first Turo experience. Setting up an account with Turo was "painful" but when calling for help, they responded quickly. Be sure and verify that the account number they give you is actually for you. Two out of three account numbers for people in my group were for someone else.
I requested an airport pick up and she was right there when I came out of the terminal. I felt bad for going over on the mileage but she used Turo to handle that issue which was seamless. The car is very nice, large, clean and quiet.
*** Avoid this rental**** Tried to book at the posted rate weeks in advance. Owner allowed the booking request to expire just so that she could increase the rental rate the next day. That should have been a sign, but I booked anyway because we needed a 7+ passenger vehicle. Little did I now this would later be a HUGE mistake. Needed to extend the rental by one day at the last minute, and the owner accommodated which was very nice, and she delivered on time at a very late hour on time at the airport. First day into the rental (and using this service for the first time) the rear hatch lifter arm (the part that lifts the rear hatch) broke just by using the key fob from 10 feet away from the vehicle. Vehicle is a 2010 with 103k miles on it. Wear and tear mechanical failure item, now the owner is coming after me to fix the issue. Seriously? The non functional rear hatch was a huge pain for us to deal with for an entire week, now she wants to come after us to pay for it? Ludicrous! 7 year old car, with tons of miles and the thing is starting to fall apart. Do not rent this car!!! The owner didn't opt for the advanced insurance plan that Turo offers, and as a result will try to make you pay for every little thing that may happen to this aging vehicle.
