When BMW built the X5 they didn't just create another SUV. Instead, they invented something entirely new, a luxury, sports, activity vehicle. Conquer the wilderness of Juneau in style. Whether you are cruising the winding, narrow streets of historic downtown or letting it rip out the road as you hug the pavement along the coastline, this car does it with ease and grace. This SUV comfortably accommodates 5 adults with room for luggage or bags from an unavoidable shopping spree from the boutiques downtown. You only live once, make it the best life you can live...

  • Do you drop off at the Cruise Ship Terminal.
We can do that for sure and be happy to meet you at any of the 5 cruise ship docks in downtown. The car is located in its own spot right in downtown so if you are after a short stroll through downtown you would end up at our location at the end of your walk. The car is parked two blocks from the Alaska Steam Ship Dock.
  • Where are the best restaurants?
Juneau has one of the best foodie communities in the US for its size. It's hard to go wrong but if you are looking for Alaskan cuisine I'd check out Salt, Twisted Fish, Tracy's Crab Shack, The flight Deck to name a few. El Sombrero is a Juneau icon. Check out some of the newer hot spots when you are craving something different like Boca, Taqueria, or Rookery.
  • Where are some of the best places to shop?
If you are looking for something authentic to the area, hip, on-trend, or handmade, I have a list of some of the local's favorites. Trickster-Artist owned and totally unique. Kindred Post-It's a gift store, its a post office, it's a gathering space and a true one of a kind shop. Annie Kails-This is probably the oldest and most well-known store in downtown, gotta say you saw it! Caribou Crossing-might catch you off guard because of its location in the tourist part of town but you won't regret taking the time to search it out. It has some of the most beautiful handmade items from true Alaskan Artists. Trove-This eclectic store has something for everyone, I mean it!
  • Where do you get flowers for a thank you gift or for that special someone.
This is an easy question to answer. Frenchie's Floral Studio located downtown in the flats neighborhood is nocking it out of the park with their creative designs and seasonal blooms. You'll be so impressed you'll probably get flowers for yourself to enjoy during you stay in Juneau.
  • What are the best bars to go to?
Without a doubt the best craft cocktails in the state might just be coming from our own Narrow's Bar here in Juneau. It will be one of those places you wont forget on your trip and will be one of the first places you come back to when you visit. Amalga Distillery is our first distillery in Juneau and they are making a name for themselves. It's only a sampling room with a two-drink maximum but you can always buy a bottle to take home. Devil's Club Brewery is the newest spot to make a name for its self in downtown. Stop by and try out one of their local creations. A bar tour would not be complete without a stop to The Alaskan. This is one of the oldest bars in Juneau.
  • Where would I stay if I could stay anywhere in Juneau.
I would stay at the VRBO located in Haus Alaska building located downtown. It's modern, well appointed, lux finishes, and is basically on point for to be part of a memory of a great vacation to Juneau Alaska. While Juneau will amaze you with what you will find to see and do, most accomodations in town are a bit lacking. This suite can be viewed here
  • Is there a 24 hour car wash in town?
It called Rainway Car Wash and it is located at 5410 Bent Ct, Juneau, AK 99801. It is right beside the Costco parking lot.
