At 14 years of age, Storbilen (Swedish for "The Big Car") is running strong. This 7-seater left behind the harsh winters and salty roads of Minnesota in 2006 for Puget Sound's milder, wetter climate.
Since his people are "Treehugging Dirt Worshippers" (as one of his many bumper stickers reads) who live and work in a highly walkable neighborhood, Storbilen spends most days appreciating the flowers, which is why his odometer has barely broken 94,000 miles. After some recent repairs -- rebuilt front struts, new tires, brake work -- Storbilen drives like a van less than half his age.
He does have his quirks -- slightly squeaky power steering, rear power locks that tend to stick, a rusty patch below the left-side passenger door. He's a glutton too, averaging about 14mpg.
Nevertheless, this spacious beast is ideal for taking family and friends to the city, the beach or the slopes, or for popping out the back seats and hauling stuff around town. We love him dearly, and are happy to share. Bike rack and tire chains are available upon request.

The car is not fancy but it gets the job done. Pickup and dropoff were fine (but note, it's on Bainbridge Island), owners are nice and the process went according to plan.
