Please communicate beforehand if you are going to be late dropping off or pickup up the vehicle, not after the time of drop-off or pickup as this may impact me and my work schedule and other Customers or not give me enough time to clean the vehicle for the next Customer. Please only use the Turo app to communicate this.
In addition, if you are more than an hour late picking up a vehicle I reserve the right to charge you for that on a per hour basis. I am not a rental car agency!
If you are more than 20 minutes late returning the vehicle, I reserve the right to charge a fee.
No Smoking or drinking in this vehicle as to not damage the leather or odor. If there is any evidence of smoke or smoke damage, vomit, or spilled alcohol a minimum $125.00 fine will be issued up to $250.00. This is a family-oriented car. No animals or pets. Otherwise, enjoy the vehicle.
No towing of trailers or installation of hitching during your rental. If you get any type of citation or tickets or run any tolls you will be fully liable for that and it is your responsibility to communicate that to me prior to your trip ending otherwise a 2x fee will be charged. Finally, you must wash the exterior and vacuum the interior of the car if it was given to you in washed and vacuumed condition (same or better condition principal).
Finally, this vehicle is NOT to be used to haul, move furniture, equipment, or passengers as an Uber or Lyft passenger vehicle. We currently monitor for this behavior and will cancel any trips even if started that are found to fit this profile and you will be charged the full price of the trip for violating the guidelines and rules.
