Wow the Mercedes was a great car. And so convenient. Car was brand new, clean and so convenient. Much more convenient than dealing with shuttle busses and lines at the rental car center, airport taxes and fees!! And the price was fantastic. Annette was great, I showed up to pick up the car and it was clean with a full tank of gas. The car handled amazingly and got great gas mileage - it was perfect for what I needed and it had the luxury of being a Mercedes Benz.

Hamze, once more, went above and beyond to be helpful. I noticed the back driver-side tire was low on air, even after filling it. When I let Hamze know this, he immediately made arrangements to meet me and assist. How a Turo car owner handles a less-than-favorable situation is critical and Hamze is undoubtedly 5+ stars.
