The mini-van is in perfect shape. Looks like new. Free of any kind of vibration. It has two DVD monitors. It has sun roof and moon roof. Bose music system. Cargo available for a fee of $25 for each rental period.

Willis is an awesome guy to rent from but this vehicle is not well maintained. It vibrates while braking and squeaks while turning. Not a good can to rent.
Very well kept , clean Van . No problems with van or owner . I would definitely recommend using him . We had to extended our travel by a day and it was no problem . ☺️ Also he gives you a lot of miles unlike some

We didn't have any problems. Willis hired a driver to bring his van to us, and he arrived EXACTLY at the time appointed. Transaction was friendly and smooth. The van worked out great.
Used the Nissan Quest and it was perfectly spacious for all 6 of us. Ran well and everything worked out. A couple comments:
1) Be aware that the DFW area has a few tolls and just charges them to the license plate. I never received an itemized statement but did have to reimburse $26 worth of tolls that were apparently racked up over 1 week. An itemized statement should be provided.
2) It would have been nice to have a rental checklist from Willis that would include some of his drop-off policies and procedures and friendly reminders.
Willis was a delight to work with. This was my first use of Turo and Willis does the company proud. We had the same issues as others with the car, but they did not inhibit our trip at all. Thank you Willis for making the process so easy and the trip so enjoyable!
I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before I rented this Van for my son's graduation. I had family coming in town and needed to accommodate everyone. RENTER BEWARE! The owner of this vehicle has selective amnesia and you will be charged for stuff you didn't do. I am being contacted now for a dent that magically appeared after I returned this Van. I was never involved in any incidents nor was it pointed out while I was there in plain view of him. I also contacted him earlier that day to say I would be late returning because of a meeting at work and he said okay but now he says he didn't approve that (maybe because I won't pay for the dent). This Van has multiple problems including mileage counter and gas needle doesn't work. None of the lock buttons on the keys work either. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
When I met Willis at the airport, I had to pay him an ADDITIONAL $100 CASH in order for him to allow me to take the car. This hidden charge was because I was planning to take the car out of the city limits.
THEN, after I returned the car, Willis began emailing me and demanding that I pay almost an additional $100 in tolls charges that were not mine. When I refused to pay, he began sending me text messages threatening that I was going to go to Hell and that God was going to condemn me.
He FINALLY sent me a copy of the bill that showed the charges and when I pointed out the mistake, he finally conceded and left me alone.
Bottom Line: At one third the cost of anything you can find from a car rental company, it’s great value for money.
Pros: The van has every option you can think of. My kids were super comfortable and we could fit lots and lots of people when needed. The van is super roomy and has lots of luggage space. It drives nice too.
Cons: The van is now ten years old and is showing its age. A couple of issues to be aware of: a check engine light turned on and off; and the digital display is missing half its digits (this was a bit of a bother as the fuel gauge doesn’t fully read correctly either).
Willis also lives in Mesquite, which is a bit of a pain to get to (although to be fair, he does offer to pick people up from the airport at a very reasonable fee).
The other piece of information I would have like to know before hand is the van’s mileage. I wish Turo would require that the mileage of prospective vehicles be included and regularly updated. (The van is at over 150,000 miles).
Despite the cons, the bottom line still stands. We drove the car to and from Austin and around Dallas. It got us around safe and sound.
If we need a van again, we’d rent from Willis again.
My original plan was not to rent a van. However I was pleasantly surprised with the practicality of its use. Moreover my family really enjoy the larger vehicle. Willis was more than accommodating and gave me different options for returning the van. overall it was a great experience and if the need ever arises again I would rent from him.
Was a great experience van ran perfectly. Family came into town so we can go on a cruise out of Galveston it fit us all 6 great! Excellent vehicle easy transaction. I was late picking it up and the owner worked with me to get it.
Willis's van is pristine! A very comfortable, spacious, excellent ride. The communication with Willis and his wife was excellent. This was my first time renting a car on Turo and the transaction was smooth and easy. Thank you and I will keep your van as a favorite for when I am Dallas again!
We just returned from a beach vacation and had a great time. The whole rental process was smooth and there was plenty of room for our 2 adults and 4 kids. The van was very clean on pickup and has been well maintained. Thanks for making our trip so easy. We will definitely rent again the next time we need a minivan for vacation!
Van was in great shape, clean and drove like new. We had an unexpected change in our schedule and the owner was very accommodating in scheduling a revised pick-up location and time. Excellent experience!

Me and a group of six people rented this van when we went to Dallas. I thought it would be a plain old car, but this was incredible. The owner met us at the airport (for a reasonable fee) and left the car. We all fit with all our luggage. I am 6'6 and a big guy sat behind me no problem. It has 2 tvs and a all the options that end up making this car incredibly comfortable. I will definitely rent from Willis again. Great trip.
This car was really nice! It was huge and comfortable and in excellent condition. It even has controls for the radio on the steering wheel- cool! However, my only qualm is that I had thought I was going to return the car a half hour to an hour late, and left a voicemail with the owner expressing this concern. I ended up being able to return the car on time, but was still charged the late fee and was unable to get it refunded.
