Our cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING or $250 reconditioning fee will be charged. If you have pets please let us know before the trip starts and there will be a $50 extra charge for detailing. You will have the car washed and vacuumed. Please bring it back washed and vacuumed. If you return the car in a condition that needs more work than regular wash&vac please expect a fee request for the actual cleaning costs. All our cars have NTTA Toll tags which will keep the records of all your toll road usage.The TOLL charges will be calculated and requested along with additional $5.00 admin fee after the trip. You will have the car with a full tank. Please bring it back with a full tank. If there is a missing gas, we will charge you $2.79 per gallon and we will reimburse you.

Excellent customer service. Fikret has a variety of cars for rent. My only concern was the cleanliness of the vehicle that I rented. It was not vacuumed and detailed. Fikret understood my concern and he immediately offered to switch the vehicle. After couple calls to customer service for the switch, I was given another vehicle which was clean.
Van was very good. Pickup and drop off worked ok, but we had to initiate most planning. We had a bit of a hard time with communications. Phone numbers would go to voice mail. The only way we could contact them was through the app messaging system. That was cumbersome because they didn't check it very often. This meant it was not possible to drop the car off an hour and a half early, so we ate lunch and waited for the original planned drop off time. Overall worked well and saved us a lot of money.
Everything went as planned. A little bit of a communication problem upon arrival concerning where to pick up car, but we were able to reach them and resolve. We wanted to return car an hour or so early and they did their best to accommodate us. Will definitely use Turo again.
