This vehicle is beyond your regular average driving car meant for families. It’s a big size vehicle, so please drive carefully and slow. The vehicle comes with roadside assistance, any issue please call me directly.
Please do not smoking inside the car No Exception. This vehicle is being used by families with kids. Also, please clean the vehicle and refueling same level as you received it. Read the fees below to make sure you aware of them. Thanks in advance!

Terrible experience. Owner was very hard to reach, didn't even meet up with me during the pick up. Left the key in the car and told me to find it under a mat in the car.
I’m not sure as to why (Turo) would allow someone to rent a Damaged Vehicle? I’m sure he did not disclose this to you in his description of his vehicle; if so, why is it not being disclosed to potential renters? No one would rent any vehicle with this substantial amount of damage. A minor scratch or two, maybe, but a huge dentation?? I think not. This is a huge misrepresentation of your company. How can I, as a consumer instill my trust in anyone on your site that I will be renting a quality car free of cosmetic or mechanical damage? Is he the type of sub-contractor you want to continue to represent your company? If he’s being dishonest about the condition of his car, what else could he not be disclosing to you? He’s harassing us for $20, so that he can clean a damaged rental to rent to the next unfortunate consumer.
Average rental experience, good initial interaction, poor connectivity and communication when when returning car. Was very responsive when picking up, but made me wait over 30mins when I dropped off and failed to respond to me all day when trying to clarify where to drop off. He charged extension fee even though he did not respond and extension was only 30 mins for his benefit given he didnt respond until 15 minutes to pickup. Did not communicate or indicate additional fees for cleanup which he then put into receipt despite saying he would email me. Generally disappointed with response, fees and punctuality once he got my rental business.
Yousef is an honest man, I had forgotten my expensive glasses in the car and remembered after two days of returning the car, he made it really easy for me to collect my glasses. The car was perfect, trip was awesome. Thanks Yousef for making my trip awesome.
Yousef, thanks for renting me your car. Everything went well with this Dodge Caravan. There was a minor issue of low pressure in rear tires when I picked up the car but that's normal for all cars. The car was very clean when I picked it up and our run of around 1150 miles went very smooth and didn't face any problem. Given a choice, I would definitely pick this car from the list for all my upcoming bookings in Turo.
He advertised that the vehicle was in Elizabeth and it was not. I expressed BEFORE I went to the vehicle that I had to pay to get to it and can I pick it up in 30 minutes. He agreed and said he would confirm and never did. I spent money to get to a vehicle that I never accessed. I tried booking a different vehicle from him and he apologizes about earlier and says that the person was in AC who could access the vehicle. In the midst of booking a van with him he tells me to rent another van and he will lower the price. I book the other van and it was higher but im thinking he could lower it. I was stupid. AFTER I book it he tells me he charged me less but do to high demand Turo charged me more. I expressed my frustration and he offered to give me a couple hours extra with the car. I dont want a couple hours extra i want the discount. I literally paid twice as much as he said and not to mention the transportation to a vehicle I never got to access. Please be careful cause Turo said they are the middle man and its nothing they can do. Never again! By the way according to Turo he can give back a partial payment but has not answered their request. BE CAREFUL!!!! I had no intention of spending so much money!
