Thank you for renting with us; please be aware of the following TURO policies before renting the car:

**REFUELING**
Please refuel the car to the same level as it was on delivery. If car is returned without being refueled; I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the Turo Reimbursement Request tool. An additional $20 will be added to the cost of the fuel. I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request. Please note: Turo will also add an administration fee of ($25)

**CAR WASH**
We thank you for renting a car with us, please be aware that cars rented through TURO must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were provided to you. This means that the gas must be refilled; the car must be washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. We take pride in providing clean cars and we require that you return the car in the same condition. To ensure our cars are returned clean, we have paid for monthly car wash services with Delta Sonic Car Wash, so all of our cars are registered for car washes. You have the option to: take the car to the car wash at Delta Sonic for free or pay to have it washed at your favorite car wash before returning it or pay $20 fee upon return. If the car is not washed and fee is not paid upon return, you will be billed by TURO for the actual amount of the car wash ($25) plus their administration fee of ($25). Our cars must be washed after each rental, even if it is rented for one day.

**NO SMOKING**
TURO prohibits smoking in rented vehicles. Be courteous and don’t smoke, the person who rents the car after you might be allergic to smoke or simply don`t like it. If our car is returned with the smell of tobacco or marijuana, a $250 sanitization fee will be billed.

**TOLLS**
Paying for tolls is the responsibility of the renter. For your convenience we offer I-pass for rent at $5/day. It gives you unlimited usage of tolls where I-pass is accepted, and assurance that you won`t get a surprise bill later. Keep in mind I-pass fines are $20 for EACH unpaid toll + cost of the toll + $10 admin fee charged by TURO. If you are going out of the city, we highly recommend that you rent an I-pass and avoid costly bills later. Just let us know that you need at time of your pickup or in advance.

**DELIVERY**
Delivery and pick up are available to your location for a nominal fee that includes both pick up and drop off to your location. If you choose to have the vehicle delivered to ORD or MDW airports, I'll be on time and meet you at the baggage pickup, no waiting in lines at a rental counter, and there is no need to drop me off at my house (or pick me up later). Seriously, just enjoy your adventure the way it's supposed to be enjoyed!

**PICK UP**
If you've opted not to have your vehicle delivered, you can always pick up the vehicle at it's location for no charge.

**WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING**
I will contact you shortly after booking via text on the Mobile Number provided on Turo to confirm the rental period and coordinate Delivery or Pick-up of your vehicle. It's seriously that simple.

Guidelines
My car is parked in the parking lot at "The Maxwell" parking garage located at 1100 S. Canal St., Chicago, IL 60607. It is a safe, well lit building so feel free to rent anytime of day.

Instructions to Retrieve the Vehicle:
- Once you arrive in front of the garage, please walk into the ground level entrance and call Tony 708-986-3234 Tony hey will direct where the car is parked.
- After you have located the vehicle, take pictures of all four sides of the vehicle and take a picture of the gas and mileage.

Instructions to Return the Vehicle:
- Locate the garage "Key Card" in the glove compartment of the car. Use the "Key Card" to swipe at the entrance of the garage.
- Drive to the nearest parking spot and leave the keys over the sun visor as Getaround suggests, and "Key Card" in the glove compartment. *****PLEASE NOTE***** If you do not leave the "Key Card" there will be an automatic $100 fine assessed to your account. ***THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS FOR LOST OR MISSING "KEY CARD".

FYI...You'll find the key located in the sun visor organizer on the driver side, please return it there at the end of your trip.

My car is set up for automated toll crossing using my license plate number so feel free to use the EZPass/I-Pass lane. You will be charged by Getaround directly (plus a $1.50 processing fee) for
