If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($250+). To save time--prior to delivery or pick up I will document any cosmetic imperfections on the vehicle and will post photos on the Turo app. I highly recommend you do the same when you take delivery of the vehicle. If any new damage is discovered at the end of your rental period, you, the renter (or insurance policy purchased) will be responsible for it. If necessary, Turo Support will assist in any claims. **TOLLS** Why wait in the cash lane and waste more time when you can zip through the tolls with IPass? Ipass l is automatically linked to the vehicle--any tolls incurred will require reimbursement at the end of the rental period via Turo Reimbursement Request tool ($2 fee applies to cover transaction costs). I will provide you with a statement for the rental period of all tolls incurred if requested. **DELIVERY** Delivery and pick up are available to your location for a nominal fee that includes both pick up and drop off to your location. If you choose to have the vehicle delivered to ORD or MIDWAY airports, I'll meet you at the airport, no waiting in lines at a rental counter, and there is no need to drop me off at my house (or pick me up later). Parking details

Late return policy Owners are counting on guests to return the car at the originally scheduled time. If guests don't, it can put significant inconvenience and stress on the owner and possibly future guests. Please be considerate and return the car on time, and if there is any chance the return might be late, the renter should contact the owner immediately to request an extension. If an extension can't be booked (whether because the owner or car are unavailable, there are insufficient funds, or otherwise), the renter must return the car at the originally scheduled end time.

Smoking fee will be charged $200 by Turo! 💥💥You will receive the vehicle with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received! My cars are always clean inside & out.   • How to take care of the car to avoid charges?
    Thank you for taking care of my car... -no pets -no food or drinks -no heavy cologne -no smoking -absolutely no rock crawling of any kind nor extreme mudding -no low octane fuel, please use 91+octane ONLY (Using a low octane fuel will result in lower miles per gallon)
  • How to drive?
    Treat the car well as if it were your own, no reckless driving please.
  • What grade gasoline?
    91+ octane gasoline only. Keep receipts for me. If you forget to fill up the gas when you return it, don't worry - we'll fill it up gas and charge it directly to your reservation. Costco Gas here in Chicago has the best prices... save time and money!
  • Do I need to get insurance?
    For insurance, please pick your protection coverage wisely - you are responsible for any damages (exterior, interior, and mechanical) done to the vehicle during your rental period.
  • Where to meet?
    O’Hare and Midway curbside delivery and airport deliveries, I will meet you outside of baggage claim. Send me your flight info and I will track your arrival status.
  • What do I do prior to returning the car?
    This car is required to be returned professionally cleaned, detailed both inside and out - just as you received it. Our low pricing is supported by our renters receiving and returning the car absolutely clean. Please have the interior fully vacuumed, seats, floor, mats, under the mats, under the seats, and between the cracks. We are super clean people and rent to only super clean people. If the car is not brought back cleaned - a $250 cleaning fee will be charged directly to your reservation. Please keep your car wash and gas receipts.
  • Do you accommodate last minute bookings?

This experience was interesting. I have never rented anyone's private vehicle before. It was rather uncomfortable to me, waiting more than an hour to receive the vehicle. Your App to sign up on is extremely difficult to navigate. It is not user friendly. (I am a Senior)
