PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. There are specifics regarding the car and you HAVE to agree to when you book the van. Write that you agree in your message to me when you book the car that way I know you read and agree to them all.
Safe, Clean, reliable and well maintained 2009 Qwest with a light and airy interior. Fuel efficient 6 cylinder engine. Cruise control, power door locks and windows, Side mirrors, Auto open and close back doors, Van drives very smoothly and takes Hawaii's potholes like a champ. 7 seats with a nice big trunk. Quiet comfortable cruiser. Has a decent stock CD / radio sound system. Folding rear seat for even more trunk space. Cold A/C. front and back. Air bags and cup holders all over.
If you book delivery and drop off at the airport I have a good system, You call me when you land and give me your bagage carousel and by the time you get your bags I will be waiting curb side to pick you up. Whether I pick you up from the airport or from your location, I DO need to be driven back to 740 moowaa st after. On return, you will pick me up from 740 Moowaa st and I will drive you back to where you need to go (airport or within 10 miles as booked). You cannot just leave the car at the airport.
No smoking or pets whatsoever. No speeding or racing and watch where you park. Tickets will be charged to you via Turo even if the ticket comes to me 6 months later. There will be court fees and collection fees on top of the cost of the ticket because I was not there in court when it came up (If you did not tell me about the ticket or pay it off before it got to that point). Also, cars get towed a LOT in Waikiki and typical tow fees are $150 and tickets are $70. If you get towed, I will need to go down to the tow yard because it's registered to me and it's a hassle. I will charge a $30 fee to get the car out of tow (for driving probably at some unreasonable hour in the middle of the night or in rush hour traffic, waiting in line, you paying and them processing the payment, waiting some more, and driving home after). We will both not have fun.
Renters must agree to return vehicle with the same amount of gas in the tank as it was when deliverd. Vehicle must also be cleaned upon return or There will be a
cleaning fee of $30 if the exterior is dirty and $30 extra if the interior is covered with sand. It's a big sucker and takes time.
If you book delivery and drop off at the airport and you are NOT ready to be picked up within 30 minutes of your booked time, you will need to pick up the vehicle at 740 moowaa st unit C(10 to 15 mins on the way to Wikiki) unless we make other arrangements BEFORE you land. Whether I pick you up from the airport or from your location, I DO need to be driven back to 740 moowaa st after. On return, you will pick me up from 740 Moowaa st and I will drive you back to where you need to go (airport or within 10 miles as booked). You cannot just leave the car at the airport. If you do NOT book pick up and drop off when you book the trip and if I am available to drive you to your destination, I will match or beat Uber pricing for the trip.
2009 Nissan Questmiles's Nissan15511
First time using Turo. It was a good experience. Everything went as planned. Miles responded promptly and was very flexible.
First time using Turo. It was a nice clean van that got us around town for two days. Pick up is in an industrial area of Honolulu, but even dropping the car off late at night, it was ok. Would definitely rent from miles again. FYI - Uber from Waikiki to car was about $17 each way.
Very straightforward dealing with Miles. Only needed rental for one day so the ability to rent for short term and at short notice was great. Van was clean and fitted our family needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend Miles for other folks.
There was a problem with the car even at the beginning of the trip that my concern is our safety. Miles was able to replace the car temporarily till it got fixed. The good thing was he gave us a free ride to the airport as a compensation for our inconvenience which I appreciated.
