How does airport delivery work?
We will deliver the car personally to you at your MCO Terminal of Arrival at curbside (outside baggage claim). On your return, we will meet you at your MCO Terminal of Departure at curbside (outside baggage check). For this personalized service we charge a $50 delivery fee.
How do tolls work?
The car has a toll transponder for automatic billing. This means you can drive through the tolls that have the Sunpass and Epass signs without having to stop. At the end of your trip, you will be charged for all tolls used plus a $5 administrative fee through the TURO app.
How clean will the car be?
The car will be nice and clean on the outside and inside. After your trip is over you will be charged a $20 cleaning fee so the car can be washed, vacuumed and returned to the same condition.
How do I request a time change or extension?
You must click on "Modify Trip" on the main screen of the TURO app and select the appropriate date and time. Not all changes will be possible due to limited availability of the car.
What are the hours of operation for delivery?
Our hours of operation for dropping off and picking up the car are from 8:00am to 11:00pm. All bookings have to be within that time frame. If for some reason you need to change your delivery time and it will fall outside that time window, you need to verify with us the possibility first, and upon approval, there will be a $50 fee for extra-hours delivery.
Can someone else drive the car?
Yes, but only if you register the other driver with TURO as a secondary driver. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to drive the car and will not be covered by the insurance policy. However, the primary driver must be present for pick-up and drop-off, in accordance to TURO regulations.
