At first I wasn't sure about renting a car for a company I have never dealt with. Guillermo and Jorge made it a very nice trip. Communication was excellent the van worked out great at a fraction of the cost of any other rental company. I will use this service again and I appreciate you helping my family and I have a wonderful vacation
Booking and pick up we’re easy and the beginning of the rental process made me feel like Turo was a great thing for me to have stumbled upon but a couple hours into my drive in this rental and fuses blew shutting the AC off and making our drive miserable. The rear AC never worked, and on our way back the car completely stopped accelerating and began to decelerate on the highway. My husband had to replace fuses both ways in order to get it going again. I never got responses until it was almost time to return the car, disappointed in both the owner’s lack of service and also the way Turo customer service handles situations like the one I found myself in with this rental.
