This is a good, reliable, 7 passenger minivan, that is good for a family vacation, or going skiing for the weekend. It has a 3.8 liter V6 engine, leather seats, CD player, and wood trim. The third-row seat is split 60/40 and each section individually folds flush into a well in the floor for more storage or for skis. As you can see in the pics, their is a dent on the driver side door that doesn't effect the drive. I have over 700 trips on Turo, and you'll get the experience that comes with that! No smoking of any kind in my car, please! I offer airport pickups and drop offs!
Airport Procedures(pick ups/drop offs): I'll meet you at the airport, we'll drive 8 minutes to where my car is parked, then you'll be on your way! If you want to do delivery, but don't have room for another person to ride with you(to or from the airport), just let me know, and I will raise the delivery fee by $20 and have someone follow me! Overall things went pretty well. Communication was good, the vehicle was available & waiting on me, instructions were fine, van was clean. I guess my only issue would be that the van we ended up with had brakes that seemed pretty worn & indication lights that showed the oil needed to be changed. Upon checking the oil, we found that it was a quart low so we purchased a quart to put inside the van. We let the them know about this & they reimbursed us for our expense. Other than that it was all good.
We have used Turo before and had a great experience. This was not what we expected. The car we reserved was having issues so they brought us a different van which was fine, but it had issues. The keyfob didn't work. The side doors were very hard to open. The brakes need servicing. None of the cigarette lighters worked so we couldn't charge our phone. Also, they dropped the car off an hour late. We were sitting in baggage claim waiting for them for an hour. Trip went fine after that, until we tried to return it. I sent a text the morning of the return saying to meet at the airport. They replied agreeing on the time and place. I then get a text asking to meet 20 mins before our agreed time, which was 2.5 hours before my reservation was up. I text and say I can't meet earlier. I get to the airport and call to see if they were there, and they said I was supposed to meet them at a different address and get an uber to airport. I said I was already at airport so he told me to park the car and leave the keys in it. I asked if he had a back up key and he said yes. We board our plane, and land. I then get a text asking if I locked the keys in the car. He had to get a locksmith to get in the car. The car was fine, it's turo, I don't expect excellence, but the communication was terrible.
