This is the luxury AWD minivan that you are looking for. This car comes with all the bells and whistles. I have three cars on the Turo.com system and broker cars for other people as well. It took me six months to find to find a car this nice with AWD in this condition. I had to buy it for myself, actually I really had to buy it for you;)
The best and most important thing is this car has all wheel drive and is extremely well maintained. If you are going into the mountains with your family during the winter not having AWD is a safety issue as well as an issue of can you even get there! We've already had one five inch snowfall in Denver and multiple twelve plus inches in the mountains. Compare the price of this minivan with AWD to one from Hertz, Avis, or any of the big carriers and book this car before somebody else does.
This car is the XLE edition which is top of the line for the upgrades. The car has leather everywhere that is in good shape. It has heated seats and a power everything. It even has the power liftgate for the back and the power sliding doors. I never appreciated this feature so much until my wife and I had our own baby. This car has room for seven adults and still has plenty of room for luggage.
This car generally lives and sleeps at the airport. This means it is there waiting for you. I've never had a missed pickup even if you pick it up a few hours early or eight hours late from your flight. This car comes with unlimited car washes so you can get it shined as often as you want as pretty as you want with no cost to you. Waterways car wash has five locations in the metro area.
FOR SKI SEASON -
I specialize in cars for skiers and the winter vacation. In addition to having a fleet of all wheel drive vehicles designed for Colorado roads. All six of my AWD vehicles are equipped with mounting devices. This allows them to have ski racks or giant Thule cargo boxes.
This is a new business line, please be patient :) It is not designed to be a profit center, but merely a valuable service for my renters. I'm not trying to make a profit merely cover my costs of capital, time, and the risks.
The Thule box is the Force XXL. It is the biggest freaking box they make. I'm the size of on outsized linebacker in the NFL. 6'2 and 240 lbs. I can fit in this box.
I found out that Turo insurance does not cover after market add on's. Because of this there is a charge of $80 rental for a cargo box and a $20 charge for the ski rack. Let me know if you will be requiring either of these.

Really appreciated Mike and how he communicated with me from day one and once the trip got closer he was having mechanical issues with the van I rented and he wanted to make sure we were completely safe and switched out the vehicles. Will definitely rent again from Mike!
Turo is the way to go! What an amazing concept! The AirBnB of cars! No lines to wait in, no hefty deposits. Affordable and very efficient way to rent a car from the airport. Way less expensive than traditional car rentals. Mike was easy to work with. His email explained where to pick up car which was easy . The van wasn't very clean . The brakes sounded horrible and in the rain did not feel safe. I contacted him about this and he said he would take care of it. I would rent from Turo again but would appreciate a car that had brakes that didn't sound scary! Besides that everything was great!
Mike was very efficient and prompt with his communication, but the car did not live up to my expectations. The headlights were extremely dim at night, the A/C would randomly switch from cold air to heat on multiple occasions, and the wheel alignment/balance must be off because the steering wheel shakes when going around 60mph.
Mike was wonderful to work with, great at communicating with me about where to pickup and drop off the van. The Van itself was Perfect for what I needed. Clean, comfortable and plenty of cargo room. He even rented me a ski box for the roof, to hold more gear. I highly recommend renting from Mile.
Owner let me know 45 minutes before the rental started that the check engine light was on. Car had trouble starting a few times and choked a few times but overall worked fine. Not a luxury vehicle as advertised. Owners did pick up and drop off the vehicle which was nice
The mini van was the perfect size for our trip. The vehicle was covered in mud when I picked it up and had to wash it so I could see through the windows. I also had to pay over $40 in parking to pick it up at the long term parking lot, which would have been nice to know in advance so I could take that into consideration when budgeting. Also the listing indicated that a ski rack was available and I requested it upon reservation but was told the day we picked it up that I had to pay extra for the ski rack. Also a budget issue. The pick up and drop off was easy other that the extra fee I had to pay.
Car was filthy dirty when we picked it up at Denver International, So dirty on the inside that it would not even have passed a black glove test. Inside when we picked it up there were open bags of Goldfish crackers, an open packet of soy sauce, crumbs galore, an empty cup from a 7-11 like store. Later in the trip the Vehicle Stability Control light came on which mean't the AWD feature, which is one of the reasons we rented the van as we were going into the mountains of Colorado and might have encountered snow, was rendered inoperable, which I believe could potentially be a safety concern. Then the check engine light came on. If we could have returned the van we would have but we were far away from Denver. Finally, the pictures of the van were either taken by the dealership to advertise it or shortly after it's purchase. Today, it bears little resemblance to what is represented in the pictures.
Mike made the process a breeze. He is very responsive, prepared and reliable. The van was perfect for our family of six, with plenty of room for the stuff too. AWD was perfect in the mountains, no issues.
Mike was great. The original car we were going to rent from him had mechanical issues at the last moment. He swapped it for a better car and had it ready by the time we landed. Great service and great communication.
Mike's car was well maintained and perfect for driving on the mountains (Copper, Breckenridge, and Keystone). The car I originally booked was in the shop but he was flexible enough to provide me an alternative and even better vehicle. Excellent response times and easy pick up.
Mike was great to work with. When the car I reserved was stuck in the shop over the holidays, he really came through and loaned us his wife's car which let us enjoy our big ski trip. It was still the 7 seats we needed and the ski box fit on top. The ski box is amazing. It held 3 snowboards and 2 pairs of skis which all stayed in their travel bags. Mike couldn't have made the process any easier and is very quick with a response to any questions.
Great experience. Glad I canceled my rental car that was going to cost more for a small car. I got a loaded mini van and saved money at the same time. As a first time user, I was pleased that Mike provided me with detailed instructions and he made the whole experience easy and cost-effective! Thanks Mike!
This was our first Turo experience and it was great! Mike's car was in good condition as described, the pick-up and drop-off was easy and the value was unbeatable. Mike's communication was timely and clear. Highly recommend Turo and working with Mike if in Denver!
The Sienna was Awesome. Very comfortable. It even had blue tooth hook to my iPhone so I was able to use google map flawlessly. Was Exactly what we needed traveling with 5 kids. Mike took great care of us. We had a delay on our flight did not arrive until 10:30pm which was 2 hours later than the original scheduled. Mike stayed up to make sure we did not freeze. Picking up the car at the lot could not have been easier. When I'm back in Denver, I'm definitely renting from Mike Again. Thanks Bro!!!
Great van: AWD, leather heated seats, lots of room and a much appreciated new ski rack! Handled well in the late season April snow & cold. Good communication with Mike. Will look to rent this same vehicle for our next ski trip!
Mike's Sienna was exactly what we needed for our trip to Colorado. It was extremely easy to pick up at the airport. It handled everything the Colorado environment could throw at it including a blizzard with 18 inches of snow plus lots of snowy mountain roads. The interior wasn't very clean when we picked it up, so if that's a deal-breaker for you then a traditional rental agency might be the way to go.
My first Turo experience: I rented Mike's van for a week long ski trip with friends. I was especially interested in his van because it came with a ski rack, and we were going to have 3 sets to haul around. I requested the van about 3 months in advance, and was immediately approved and confirmed the details of my trip with Mike.
Fast forward to a few days before the trip, and I again confirm my reservation with Mike. All's good, he explains the dead-simple pick up and drop off (remote unlock), and asks where I'd prefer he leave the car at DIA.
The car was exactly where he left it, although to our surprise it had no ski rack - just a set of cross bars. Fortunately the rear seats folded down flat and we were able to store all of our equipment and luggage in the back. The van also had a large scrape and dent in the side door that Mike informed me about ahead of time. Since he told me ahead of time, I was not surprised and am not considering it in my overall rating of the trip.
The next issue was the speakers in the car - they were completely defunct and we instead opted for playing music through a bluetooth speaker.
The trip wasn't terrible, and I commend Mike on both his responsiveness and the ease of pickup and drop off. However, the van was admittedly not as described.
4.5 star review
I had never heard of Turo until I needed to rent a minivan to accommodate five houseguests and drive them around.
This problem was compounded by the fact that two of them were over 6 ft. tall and two of them were under 3 years old and needed to be in car seats.
I've not had the best of luck when renting from the local agencies, e.g. Enterprise. The last van we rented several years ago was like a cracker box on wheels, difficult to drive and less than comfortable.
I found Mike's Sienna when I was searching on the internet for rental options. He was very accommodating to our needs, some of the logistics of which were like a military exercise.
These were the positive things, in no particular order:
1. price - less than renting from one of the big agencies
2. convenience - Mike was kind enough to drop the car to our home (located about 5 miles away from his) to save our having to drive to the airport and come back with two vehicles.
3. ease of communication - once the rental was arranged, he was only a text message away and very quick to respond.
4. Toyota reliability, comfort and ALL WHEEL DRIVE.
5. The Sienna was RED (easier to find in the parking lot.)
The reasons for the 4.5 stars instead of a perfect score
1. a big gash on the driver's side door panel that was caused by the previous renter (forgot about a post?)
2. the interior was somewhat soiled, cup holders, rear seat crevices, etc. This was concerning because of the aforementioned small children, who can be germ magnets.
All in all, a positive experience and I would definitely use Turo (and Mike's Sienna) again when I have a crowd of people to transport.
First experience with Turo and it won't be the last :) Mike was exceptionally responsive by text, the process was seamless, and the van was clean and great. It even drove really well through a snowy drive on the return from the mountains. I will definitely rent from Mike again on my next trip
I just rented mikes van for the weekend and it was perfect. He made the entire process very easy, was very reliable and the mini van was in great shape (and very clean)! Overall the experience was much easier than renting a car through a normal company and at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend renting through Mike.
I gotta say this was a great choice I made renting from mike.. the van was absolutely helpful and not to mention, it was great in the snow! Mike was very kind and helpful with every question I had. He even took the time to drive myself and my kids home when we went to drop off the vehicle 😊 thank you again for everything mike & wife.
I recommend renting from Mike and especially his Sienna minivan. I had a fair amount of back and forth messaging with Mike to coordinate our ten day trip. Mike was responsive, direct, and flexible to work with us and our schedule. The van was perfect for our vacation - clean, well maintained and comfortably transported 7 from Denver up to the mountains. I would not hesitate to book another trip with Mike for this minivan or another vehicle.
Took the family up to Estes Park for a couple days, and needed a bigger car. I booked the van with Mike about 12 hours before we needed to pick it up--Mike was super friendly, very helpful.
I was traveling with an elderly family member, and two special needs young teens, and this van was perfect for my needs.
The van rocks--the seats are really comfortable (leather, I think), the air conditioning was great, the van runs really, really well. Heated front seats, shades on the window, really deep trunk (we fit two wheelchairs), lots of cup holders and arm rests, everything we could ask for!
If you don't have CDs you want to play, Mike included an FM transmitter so you can hook up your phone or iPod to play over the radio.
Terrific experience, will absolutely use Mike's van again in the future.
Mike was very easy to communicate with both through the app and on his cell. He was very accommodating , rented me a vehicle on short notice and was even flexible on the return time. The van was clean, ran great, and was fun to drive. I would recommend renting from Mike to anyone and will definitely do business with him again myself.
