Im flexible and try to accommodate guests needs but typically: The sienna will either be left in a parking spot or guest will be picked up at passenger pickup. Parking fees are not included. In the event of of curbside pickup you'll drop me at my place. Exceptions can be made depending on your situation. I live in route to the mountains in Lakewood, so typically is very easy. On the return you'll either leave the Sienna at the airport or pick me up in route. I'm flexible and will try to work with your needs.
If the reservation is under $150 a $50 delivery fee may be required depending on the schedule and demand for the car. I do my best to offer free delivery, but sometime the reservation is so small that delivery is not feasible. Let me know your situation, and i'll do my best to work with you. Families and guests that return the Sienna in clean condition get special treatment and are my priority.
Absolutely no smoking in the Sienna! Please return clean with a full tank, or the same amount of gas as you received. Smoking in the Sienna is a $250 fine to you and a massive headache for me, so please no smoking. The 7 eleven off of tower rd and Pena blvd is the preferred fill up location, unless returned to my house in Lakewood or Arvada.
I offer several AirBnB's located in Lakewood and the west Highlands area. AirBnB's booking receive massive discounts on the car rental so let me know your needs. The AirBnB's are located 15 mins from Red Rocks and 15 mins from downtown Denver.
Thank your for renting my car and hope you have a great experience in Colorado!

Thank you so much for everything. Would love to rent from you again. Happy Labor Day!
Parking fees that I incur are obviously included in my financial obligation when renting a vehicle. This parking fee began before my trip (apparently a day and a half before, due to the cost of the parking.) It does not make sense that I am liable for this fee, and Kyle initially agreed with this. He then uploaded an image stating that parking fees are not included (although a courtesy drop-off for higher dollar rentals was). Ours was a higher-dollar value rental, and after the initial parking shock we were surprised to receive a message asking for uber/parking money to "pay it forward" for the next driver. Kyle then disagreed with the parking fee reimbursement (after asking for our Venmo details at the airport.)
The vehicle was roadworthy, but there is a loud timing belt that we mentioned to him and noticed that another driver also commented on.
The parking dispute was not acceptable and we have raised the issue with Turo.
Kyle was a great host to rent from, very prompt communication and very professional. The Sienna was a nice van, and we did not have any problems with it. Mechanically though it did need work, and that worried us as we drove into the mountains. The AC compressor belt squealed loudly when the van starts, and the check engine light was on the entire trip. However the van ran fine, and the inside is very spacious and comfortable. My parents and brother traveled with us, and we all felt the van was clean and comfortable. Overall I recommend it, and I would rent it again.
