2003 Chrysler Town and CountryRommel's Chrysler1553
This was my first experience with Turo and I'm a big fan. The minivan was great with lots of storage space for luggage. Rommel was very helpful and accommodating. He agreed to meet us in SF's financial district (for an additional fee) which was tremendously helpful. At my request, he brought along a bike rack which attached to the car. I would definitely be interested in renting from Rommel again.
Rommel was super easygoing to coordinate with. The car we rented (2003 Town and Country) was in great shape (and at a great price for a minivan). I was really impressed that a car of that age with over 200K could drive so comfortable and be so reliable. Rommel clearly takes good care of his cars. And it was "souped up" with navigational system, new stereo (with bluetooth), and a AC charger in the car, which was great for charging phones on the go. The car was perfect for our family beach trip down to San Luis Obispo. I would rent with Rommel again, and I'd rent that car again, too.
(I should mention that the car has a few creaks now and then--nothing alarming--but I'd almost expect it of a car that age. When I let Rommel know afterward, I could tell that this was new information that concerned him, and I'm sure that he'll be looking into it to make sure it's in good shape before he rents it again.)
We rented this van for a recent trip to Yosemite and it was our first time using Turo. The van was great for the price we paid and the pick up and drop off was smooth and fast. Would rent again from Rommel.
